I’m usually there first thing in the morning and I’m always met with a smiling face. Tala gets me in and out in a timely fashion. I think he does a fantastic job and I look forward to my next service. Give him a raise!

Great service. I had my Oil changed and they finished within an hour. Tala Sar , the service representative, was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained in detail The serviced on my Honda. The dealership waiting room was nice and we enjoyed the popcorn while waiting on my CRV. Mr. Sar was the nicest service representative at the dealership at Lou Sobh Honda . I will definitely come back and ask for Tala Sar. .

My most recent purchase I traded my car in for a Ford Explorer. They not only worked with me on the price of the new car but also gave me almost full private party value on my trade in. Can’t say enough good things about this place, Bijan was my salesman - absolutely great customer service on his part. He let us come in 30 min before open on a Saturday to be able to work out a deal.

Came in for 60k maintenance. Tala helped me because Justin was off (even though I requested Justin) for appointment. Tala helped me with what I needed for 60k. He came back with some addl items. One was a recurring issue that Justin was familiar with. I came in the next day to discuss with Justin and he quickly resolved issue
