I bought my car at the store and received all the necessary information, the entire purchase process was transparent. The seller took care of me very well and I left the store satisfied, with all the car warranties. I recommend!

BEWARE of these people! I bought a Buick Enclave on 04/16/21. The vehicle had a broken passenger side tail light, I have a "We Owe" from Frank Aquino saying they would mail me a new one. I have been given the run around for almost 4 months now. He started out with I mailed it and it was returned. Now it is I mailed and will track it and call you back. NO call back. I suspect the part was more that he thought when he promised it and now he is trying to get out of replacing it.

Responding in a timely manner when I needed it. Didn't have to wait long for someone to respond. I'm happy that you responded.

I purchased a car from The MiniVan Store. I live in Daytona Beach so I called ahead to discuss pricing, etc. including trade-in for my vehicle. Frank was my salesman. I went to the dealership on Saturday to make the purchase. The new car was exactly as described, and Frank did everything he said he would do over the phone from the price of the new vehicle to the price he gave for my trade in. There were no hidden fees and the transaction was done with honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend this dealership. And the prices are great. I've been shopping for 5 months. The car I purchased was priced far below comparable cars I've been looking at on line and at other dealerships. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Never bought a car here because no one was ever consistent in keeping in touch with me. Also, one of the cars that is STILL posted online was already sold and the one I wanted that they claimed needed a starter and clean up, was relisted for $700 more after I inquired about it! Wow. I thought I would get better customer service and response from a company that has such a great rating. Oh well, they just lost business from a serious cash paying buyer...

Just purchased a 2013 van. The buying process was great from start to finish. The salesmen were not pushy at all and very understanding when we had a bank delay. They have a very good selection. I will definitely look at this dealer again for future purchases.
