Great experience!
Great experience! Abdullah was our sales representative and he was wonderful. He did not push, he explained the car to us, and let 2 people (parent and child) test drive, which was very helpful. Omer, the finance officer, was excellent as well. We didn’t have the best credit, but he really worked hard to make the deal happen with the best outcome for all parties involved. We left with a new (used) car and a feeling that we got a great deal! Thank you Abdullah & Omer. 🩷

Me and others were told that theft insurance was it
Me and others were told that theft insurance was it requirement. The dealer knew I had full coverage theft insurance on my vehicle already and they insisted. The duplicate coverage and refund my money back stay away from this dealership they don't do any pre-inspection of the vehicles at all buyer beware

I can't even begin to explain what a bad experience this
I can't even begin to explain what a bad experience this has been. I've been communicating with the dealership for about 2 weeks over a Cadillac xt5 they have listed. I submitted a credit application through them, but have never heard back. In the meantime, I got pre-approved through Capital One. I reached out to the sales rep, Shan, and made what I thought was a very reasonable offer. , However, I did also State I wanted it to include any of their fees. I'm out of state so they wouldn't be including taxes, title, license fees, any of that. The rep came back to me shortly after making that offer, and simply said "you've been denied." My response was to ask for a counter offer, which he refused to make. He also stated that on top of their document prep fee, which was reasonable, they require a more than $1,500 theft protection fee? When I asked him what that was, all he could tell me was that it was a 'dealer fee'. I explained that I don't need theft protection as I am fully insured. But he simply responded that it was a dealer fee and was non-negotiable. All of this via text. He never even picked up the phone and called me. So in the end, I made an offer in good faith, and the dealer wouldn't even negotiate or explain the details around their pricing model. I was ready to jump on a plane, fly to New York and purchase this vehicle. And then of course drive at home. The really ridiculous end to this story is that I told the rep to let his management know they had lost a deal that they could have closed today. Understanding it's 2 weeks before the end of the year, you'd think dealers would be hungry. His response was " Good luck in your search, keep an eye on website and let me know if I can help you with any other vehicles!?? Totally absurd. Do not do business with these creatures. What baby

I had a very pleasant and easy experience. My sales associate Jose was very kind and had a lot of knowledge about the vehicles that I was looking at. He helped me find a car within my price range at a great value. The finance manager Bulent also helped me to get my monthly payments to an affordable amount.

Did not disclose issues with the vehicle. In fact, they used deceptive sales tactics to hide the issues. For instance, the sunroof didn’t work but they said “Don’t mess with that, it has snow on it”. Tried to hide damage to the door by having the damaged door open already and guiding me to look inside. Absolutely no morale compass. xxxx of the earth dealership. If you believe in the future of humankind, avoid this place like the plague.
