Shawn Berryman - Loose Cannon - STAY AWAY
I would not recommend because of the lack of communication between saleswoman Jane and the service department. Shaun Berryman, the manager is also a loose cannon that cannot control his emotions. He said my time was not valuable and that I would either wait or go and he was going to do nothing about it. He also gave me his business card so I can make sure to spell his name correctly. This is not how you treat customers that just bought a $20K + vehicle. Second and last time buying from Honda/commonwealth. Shaun needs some training. You can tell it’s a hostile work environment because neither Carmen, a sales manager or Jane the saleswoman wanted to approach Shaun about the issue. You can tell his ego gets in the way of the rest of the dealership from communicating when there is an issue. Jane also said they were suppose to get me right in and that I wasn’t suppose to wait. Shaun’s ego is way too big for that building, it’s a safety and customer service hazard.

Poor service!
Poor service! Not recommend to anyone to service at Commonwealth Chevrolet. It’s the second time that I went to oil change and had the same problem, I was told that my service will take 45 min at 8:00 am and I left at noon unhappy and very disappointed ( note : just to oil change and change wipes).
