i had my toyota highlander serviced today at Rivertown toyota my service representative was Roland great guy very knowledgeable and helpful

Went to service my wife?

Went to service my wife?s Toyota for an ?engine maintenance required? notification that was popping up in her vehicle. I describe my issue to the service rep, I even told him the problem which is common in my wife?s vehicle (was telling him that?s what I needed looked at nothing else). The ?inspection? to verify my problem took 4 hours. If it wouldn?t have voided warranty I could have fixed the problem myself in well under an hour. Ontop of this they put on the part, even though I asked to be notified before any parts were replaced. Not the worst service I?ve had, but as a mechanic I myself know better than to replace a part before talking with the customer.

Misty was wonderful and helped with all my needs.

Misty was wonderful and helped with all my needs. I plan on going back to see her and taking all my vehicles to her. She was very bubbly and understanding.

Went in for an oil change and an inspection. The oil change was done, and the inspection showed a couple problems before they become major.

I feel that the inspection that was performed and recommended was not correct information because I took my vehicle to a well reprimanded business and was told that the information provided wasn?t correct because they did not find anything wrong with what was recommended to me

We were in the market for a Grand Highlander.

We were in the market for a Grand Highlander. 3 months ago we meet with Zach and asked him to hunt down what we wanted. We had very specific requirements and Zach was relentless in his search. Finally Zach was successful in that search. He called us right away and said were we good for the price as it had all we wanted. We gave him the green light and the following week our car arrived.

Took 5 hrs to get new tires and oil change I was given

Took 5 hrs to get new tires and oil change I was given updated but just took a very long time plus I had a handle from the back seat that I asked to put back up and was told they would charge an additional $190 for labor This seemed excessive so I said don?t do that then
