My daughter bought a 2002 Cadillac Seville of Hanes late one night. Hanes owner and wife went out of their way to meet with her and they were honest about issues that the car had been having. They were not honest about the Check engine light being off, as the light came on after they purchased it and drove over 50 miles. The car has had tons of issues and repairs do not come cheap on these models, but overall the car has been okay. I appreciate Hanes for staying up late to work to get my daughter into a car when she really needed one. I am back here looking for a reliable car for her and myself again, so maybe another couple of good reviews are to come?

Let me tell you, I've purchased quite a few vehicles in my lifetime. Hanes Auto made this process seemless. They're very personable, which I love. Great customer service. I was able to get what I needed from them without pressure or "creative" sales tactics. I asked a question, they answered it. The Pacifica was in beautiful condition when I test drove it. Clean and very well represented. Sonya Hanes is just great. It actually took me longer to drive to this dealership than it took to complete the purchase. I highly recommend them and will likely go back and purchase another vehicle. Thanks guys!

Professional dialog, warm and welcoming. If for nothing else her interest in you the customer would make you want to do business with her. How often have you dealt with someone who interrupted the conversation so they could answer their cellphone? Not this lady. Undivided attention.

While shopping at Hanes Auto Sales & driving many cars I felt they genuinely wanted to help me get a car I would be happy with & not just put me in a car to make a quick sale. We shopped for a while & while doing such I observed the other customer interaction which I was also amazed at how many people are down right rude. It just bothers me at how demanding people are with total ridiculous demands, but these people remained on point. At any rate I actually enjoyed my time there and really appreciate the way I was treated. I would like to say I have a new appreciation for what I can only imagine you all go through in dealing with the public. I wish you nothing but the best and just Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
