Purchased a 2018 Honda Fit On Memorial Day got a great deal and was happy overall. Sandra sold us our last Honda (civic lease) and my wife could not get in and out of it, so we decided to trade it in. i have always been treated well by sales and the service department.

HAPPY

Agree with Rip Off DP

Exactly the same thing I went through but with the woman sales lady. I ended up with the same experience and much more with the service. This was my very first vehicle I bought from a dealership and I had no idea what I was in for or understanding of the whole process. Since, I have bought some sort of preferred customer maintenance thing for $400 and something I make appointments for oil changes that I get free. Seven of them to be exact as well as other discounts on other things. I have to wait two hours every time I make an appointment. The last time, the service people didn't get the message from the secretary that I made an appointment. I still had to wait two hours. This last time they told me there was going to be a problem with my differential and was trying to make me feel bad that I bought a Dodge from them rather than an expensive Honda. They said that it was going to cost close to $500 to fix it and require many hours. I asked if Dodge had done a recall on it since my vehicle only had 62,000 miles on it. He said no. I said well I must have something like an extended service contract in my contract that covers this, don't you have that information since I bought the vehicle here. They just looked at me like no. I said, well I will have to look at my paperwork before I do anything. I did, and they sold me this AllState insurance when I bought the car. I called AllState and they said, yes, it would be covered but that Dodge would do it free since it is less than 100,000 miles but, if they didn't I could do a claim. Now, you know this is something these mechanics know since they work in a dealership but, failed to pass the information on to me. I am going to Dodge from now on and I will not deal with Honda ever again. My internet price was 17,000 something and I am owing 19,000 something after $5,000 down. Kingman Honda also owns the Chevrolet dealership. FYI I also saw that lady saleslady trying to talk a lady into trading her vehicle in for a newer vehicle. The lady said, I am 84 years old and do not need any new payments. :) I learned a hard lesson. Be aware.

Great Service

Best sales and service department around. I have purchased multiple cars from them and have all of my serviced performed there as well. Always treated respectfully.

Respectful, Pleasant Staff

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Kingman Honda, I have all of my vehicles serviced there as well. Very competitive pricing in service. The staff is always great :)

The dealership is great they honored the “true car “ price and my wife was happy with the color that they had in stock! Got a free oil change also just a good fair deal

Typical car salesmen

Pushy and rude. Try to make you feel bad for not buying a 26k dollar car for 36k dollars. One salesman was mumbling passive aggressively as I was walking out. Go somewhere else.

Just what I wanted.

Excellent service. Excellent people. An excellent cars. Thank you so much to Honda of Kingman. Anthony senior and Anthony jr. Are two excellent dealers. And I will be enjoying my caddy and California??

Won't be back

Went in to look for a vehicle, was shown a 2014 Cadillac SRX. Liked the car, sat down with the sales lady and discussed a deal for quite a while, she left to go with another customer and a young man came over to deal with us. After several hours we made a deal. I had told the salesman before the deal that I wanted a full tank of gas. When we came to pick up the car it had about 1/8 tank of gas. Sales man said that was all they could give me. I told them the deal was off, and the manager said, "Chill it is only gas", they gave me a tank of gas and we left with the car. Have not heard from anyone since, not even contacted to ask how we like the car. Manager was rude, I can spend my money somewhere else next time.
