I purchased a car from this shady, shady dealership at the beginning February, and 5 weeks later, the car was deemed a total loss from extensive, pre-existing water damage. I came from out of state for a rare Volvo model, and during the sales process they put an insane amount of pressure on me to make this sale. I was hit with the classic 'oh no, a customer just called looking to test drive this exact car you're looking at, and we don't guarantee a car is yours until the paperwork is signed' tactic, the finance manager forgot that I needed to unfreeze specific credit reports, so I was instantly declined from most banks, and I was pressured into giving them a 5-star review on Google before I'd even signed the papers. Whatever, I was willing to look past all of that to be able to call this car mine. A literal month later, and it's a total loss. I am so profoundly disappointed in my experience with this dealership. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. There is something wrong with this dealership and those people to continuously sell problematic, faulty cars. Go to any other dealership. Please.

Deceptive & Unethical Business Practices I viewed a
Deceptive & Unethical Business Practices I viewed a 2018 E300 Mercedes online and received a call from the sales team to schedule a test drive. Upon test driving the car, the “ACTIVE BRAKE ASSIST” indicator light came on; as a Mercedes owner this is a major safety issue (Red Flag #1). Against my better judgement I still proceeded with the transaction as the sales team assured me that the issue would be corrected. I emphasized that I would need to see the paperwork for the maintenance when the car was ready for delivery. The sales team called me a few days later informing me the car was ready. I reviewed the paperwork it was backdated to a previous maintenance service date (Red Flag #2); again, against my better judgement, I proceed with the transaction. As I drove the car off the lot, the “ACTIVE BRAKE ASSIST” indicator light came on again. I took the car back to dealership and they informed that they would fix the issue and sending the car to the local Mercedes dealership (Red Flag #3). The added insult was they placed me in a less luxurious car as a loaner. After two weeks, with no communication from SOUND AUTO, I called the local Mercedes dealership, and they informed me that car had major issues with the wiring and the entire car’s wiring harness needed to be replaced; with a cost upward of $15,000 and 50 hours of work. Two days later, I received a call from SOUND AUTO informing me that the car was ready for pick (Red Flag #4). After reviewing the paperwork, SOUND AUTO had declined the work from the Mercedes dealership and opted for a repair of the wiring harness (Red Flag #5). SOUND AUTO informed me the work was completed and only could warranty the work for 1 year / 12,000 miles. At that point, I decided to walk away from the transaction. The sad thing about entire situation is within hours of terminating this transaction, SOUND AUTO posted the car back on its website. I feel bad for the individual who is going to purchase this car. This illustrates SOUND AUTO’s deceptive and unethical business practices. Overall, bad experience with SOUND AUTO and I would not recommend SOUND AUTO to anyone.

Highly recommend
They made sure the car that we wanted was road ready and safe for my family. Even after purchase they still are wonderful to interact with. I highly recommend them especially George, he goes above and beyond. We will definitely be return customers 😀

dishonest and deceptive
SHADY business practices. BBB rating based on response to complaints. NOT based on service or quality. Sells unsafe vehicles. Warranty useless as they don’t respond or make verbal promises with no follow through. Hurry up tactics upon contract signing. BEWARE. They are misleading and untruthful. Get everything in writing. DO NOT PURCHASE without your OWN inspection before signing. Wolves in sheeps clothing. Definition of used care salesmen.

Great experience
So i walk into sound auto and was greeted by my salesman Angelo. He is the best hands down. He was committed to putting in my car that i wanted so desperately. He promised me that he is gonna get me that car.He did just that! The very next day i got the call..And he helped me in every possible way to direct me through things.

Ask for Angelo
Angelo provided outstanding customer service..he is an expert in the car industry business. There was no pressure. He allows the customer to ask questions, he listens, and offers the best options available. Easy in and out with getting the necessary paperwork completed. There is no negotitating on the price however, the car you leave with is a great value due to the service and detail provided in getting it ready for the customer. Another plus is the lifetime warranty on the engine and transmission!

Do Your Research
Got a good car but not a good experience. They really don't budge on price (tell you its because of their "fair price" guarantee) and then they whack you with fees. Better deals and dealerships out there.
