I really enjoyed the car buying experience with Angelo and the team. No high pressured sales people and an excellent selection of vehicles. I had seen the my car on Cars.com and within two days was driving away in my car. Angelo was professional and very responsive. The process couldn't have been more seamless. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a pre owned car.

I just bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Sound Auto. Angelo was the salesman I worked with, and he was great. He answered all my questions and I did not feel pressured at any point. Angelo made buying the car very easy, and I was able to drive home with my new car the same day!! All of the guys at the dealership were super nice. I would refer anyone to Sound Auto. Nice dealership with great options of cars to look at. Prices are fair and reasonable. I had Angelo and Carmine helping me with the whole process and it went great. Angelo made a promise and delivered on that promise. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal.

Terrible! Would never suggest them to anyone. Anthony has no customer service skill at all. I should have gone with my first impression from the phone calls and not have wasted my time going in.

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Vehicle was prestine. Only one issue overall, I was told car would be topped off with gas at pickup time and it was almost empty. Other than that, great experience.

Nice used vehicle dealership, sales advisers were helpful during the purchasing process, but poor service when attempting to have service completed on vehicle that is practically new. Price was fair, service was fair with exception to one of the sales reps.

This was by far the easiest & fastest car buying process I have ever been a part of. The staff are great & down to earth people. They will make sure you get what you need. We told them what we wanted & our budget & they made it happen. If you?re looking for a new or used car for a good price, this is where you want to go. They weren?t up our throats trying to forcefully convince us into getting something we don?t want like every dealer i?ve ever been too. The coverages they have available are great! I?ve already recommended them to a few of my friends.
