Twin City Used Car Sales

I went today to look at a 2016 Highlander today was given a price 5000 over the original price . Was very displeased over this . My wife found one the same type of model with less miles for 25,500. Was hoping to buy local guess have to go out of town to get a better deal.May get the wool pulled over your eyes . Jacking up the price for a sale i would say its not much of a sale.

If you are in the market for a used car or truck Twin City in Fort Payne should be on your list the kindness of the staff and employees are top notch. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and couldn't be Happier.

Told our sale person we would be back the next day to get the car we was looking at. Even text him the day of and told him what time we was going to be there they sold it to someone else.

Bobby Ledbetter and his team down at Twin City are some of the most honest car people I have ever met. I bought my second vehicle from them during tough circumstances and they worked with me to do the best they could for me. Yesterday I went to the Fort Payne site to look during their tent sale. The salesman tried telling me that a 2014 F-150 with 70k Miles was $35k. I went across the street am to scottsboro to the ford dealer and priced a 2018 F-150 crew cab for less. Honestly if you don’t want business just say so don’t send a sales person out to run a customer off by lies.

After asking them not to run a hard inquiry on my credit, as if I purchased, I would pay cash, they ran it anyway. Said I had to sign a release to test drive but would not run it until I was ready to purchase. So wrong.

Andy White is a terrific salesman working along side Bobby. Their staff consists of knowledgeable people, hard working and very helpful.
