I traded a truck to them for a different truck but they never paid off the trade in as agreed upon. They also sold my trade in so they have no excuse for not paying it off!

I contacted AEM from out of state. Just a little hard to get in touch with, but once I arrived there I saw they keep pretty busy so you just have to keep at it. They had a truck that I wanted, I contacted them and expressed my interest. They were very professional, did not rush or pressure me. Once I arrived from Virginia, they were extremely professional and friendly. They went over the truck with me and explained issues they had noticed. The truck was as advertised, used, but as they said it was. I had done research and knew what to look for and what to expect from a 14 year old truck. I am very pleased with my experience at AEM Automotive and would contact them in the future with a purchase I their area.

Elvir is a great guy. He will do all he can to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We were very impressed.

It was like doing good old fashioned business with a friend. No hassle, no pressure. Just a good fair deal. When my next son is ready for a car, we'll be back!

They were honest straight forward and it was apparent that they were most interested in providing the best value they could. That coupled with making the exchange as easy as possible and striving to ensure that everything was explained in detail made this a great experience.
