Purchased a vehicle from Kings Chariot that was listed as

Purchased a vehicle from Kings Chariot that was listed as clean title, original paint, pampered, ect. The pre purchase inspection had some flaws but nothing that was a deal breaker. I asked if they would do brakes on the car as it was priced at the high end of price range. Owner refused, not a deal breaker though and I went through with the purchase. Argos European did the pre purchase inspection. Upon arrival to me, the car had been wrecked and repaired very poorly along with a long list of other flaws that if addressed would be very costly. The pre purchase inspection didn't reveal these issues. It was discovered they had worked with Kings Chariot on that vehicle before, replacing a wheel bearing where the accident occurred. Argos European was willing to tell me all about the history of the vehicle pre purchase but after the sale they would not repeat any of the items they talked about prior or release any paperwork history of the vehicle. Mario at Kings Chariot was dismissive when I called to talk about the issues and hung up on me. I was left with no choice but to leave a negative review and get an attorney involved. Mario accused me of "blackmail" because I wanted him to make the situation right. False accusation of blackmail is a crime. He has since stalked my social media, leaving negative reviews on our business as retaliation. After harassing us, and posting our personal information online (a crime as a financial lender) I was forced to file a police report.

Do Not Hesitate to buy from Mario

bought 2004 Tahoe sight unseen,(I'm in Wyoming). Speaking with Mario and viewing his great ad/pictures, was enough for me. He arranged everything incl. shipping. Vehicle was everything he said, and more!! I had a couple special requests involving the vehicle, and he happily delivered both! Would be fun to meet Mario and his Sons, BUT, I know I will never find myself in Florida, I hope not anyway. Thanks again Mario!!

Thrilled with King’s Chariot!

Just wanted to thank the guys at King’s Chariot for the work they did on my 2006 Sequoia. They delivered everything they promised and then some. It looks brand new! They quoted me costs on a couple of items that I know ended up exceeding what they had quoted, but they honored the original quote (Psa 15:4). They also saved me money by showing me a less expensive way to achieve a goal that was important to me. They have earned my future business. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and highly recommend them!

Just do your homework

Went to look at a Toyota Tacoma they just sprayed undercoating to cover up the rust. Inspect the vehicles their Thoroughly. I was misinformed by the pictures on the website

I went to Kings Chariot looking for a used Lexus LX 570 and had THE BEST experience with Mario and Ruben Bosque! They not only found me the vehicle I was looking for, but they made the entire process seamless. They found me the vehicle in the color I wanted and in the price range I specified. Both were very professional and friendly. They took the time to update me along the way during the search process so I was never left wondering. Once I went to purchase the vehicle it was a quick and easy process and it was spotless inside and out!

Exceptional 2011 Toyota 4Runner trail

This is my first car purchase and without a doubt surpassed any expectation I had when searching around for this particular model Toyota. When I see my car in a parking lot, my day feels brighter, when I'm driving it, I am enjoying every moment. I never expected to absolutely love a vehicle as much as I do this. I felt so completely safe and confident in my purchase. Mario was fantastically professional and incredibly hard working, this dealership is about as humble and honor bound as they come, I can not recommend King's Chariot enough. Thank you, sincerely.

Top notch all the way around!

This was HANDS DOWN the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! The first time I got off the phone with Mario I thought, "that guy does not care if I buy a car from him or not." This is not to say he wasn't informative, friendly, and professional, he was. What it indicated to me though, was he had supreme confidence in his product and business, and now I know why. I purchased a 99 Lexus EX 470 overland build, and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER... When it arrived don't think I was capable of saying anything but "oh my god", and "holy xxxx" for at least ten minutes... This vehicle is as clean as clean can get, and absolutely hums. I got a trip up the Appalachian Trail planned next month and am so pumped to hit the road in this beauty! This entire experience has far exceeded my expectations, and I will highly recommend Kings Chariot to anybody who will listen! A big thanks to Mario and his staff!

Hot Wheels

Never bought a car online before, but I hit the trifecta first time out of the gate. Mario and his son have their finger on the pulse of what people crave and appreciate in a fine set of wheels. The Forerunner I got from them knocked my socks off. Even though I’ve had it for a few days, I still sneak out to the garage late at night just to behold this elegant beast. At this point I can’t imagine looking anywhere else for quality rolling stock—and without taking out a second mortgage to get it. Kudos to the team at Kingschariot!

My husband purchased a vehicle that apparently had mechanical problems prior to the purchase. While test driving the vehicle, I made a statement that the vehicle had white smoke coming from the pipe. The owner stated that it was normal for a diesel to smoke especially if it has been sitting for an extended time. According the CarFax report , the dealer purchased the vehicle in September and he sold it a couple of weeks after the purchase. My husband's concerns were addressed with the owner on the day of purchase ( One exit away from the dealership). While traveling behind my husband, I was able to clearly see the big cloud of smoke coming from the pipe. He contacted the owner, and he advised us to purchas the warranty and file a claim within a month. Unfortunately, the claim was denied because the vehicle was driven at 95 mph. The dealer stated that he would reach out to the salesperson at Veritas to see if something could be done because driving a vehicle at 95 mph wouldn't cause the smoking. After calling and texting for a couple of days, the dealer stated that claim was still denied by the warranty company. Not ONCE did he offer to repair the preexisting malfunction...WARNING to future buyers.....REQUEST a diagnostic test for the vehicle you are purchasing at a certified shop that you select. GOOGLE a Shop!!!! As a matter of fact, it should be required that all dealerships have a diagnostic test completed for all used vehicles so that the information can be provided to potential buyers. This was a lesson learned, but I am a firm believer that unjust doesn't prosper...
