Peter and the rest of the crew went out of the way to make my purchase and acquisition of a 2012 Nissan Rogue so easy. They handled all the paper work, plates etc. All I had to do was show up and drive the car home.

I have never been happier with a used car .l had one major issue in the first 6 months of my purchase l bought the extended warranty, and as promised fixed at no cost to me.l have had my car for 3 years with very few problems twice l have had to go to there mechanic Jim who BTW is awesome the cost of my repairs was more then fair!!! The family from sons to sweet Janet have always been so kind,quick to respond so appreciate this.l recommend The Car Guys 100 percent .Thank you

i went there at the end of December. since then i have been back there 4 times. after it took 2 weeks to get it registared they told mr i wold be ok to drive with a piece of paper they gave me. as it turns out they screwed up and i found out through my insurance company that in fact i was not insured. thats how my experience had started there. so he said he would get the inspection sticker for me so i let him> 2 days after that i found out the Battery hook ups were rusted and broken 3 days after that i found out the battery was dead as well. then a week later my driver side head lights went out. turns out it was caused by bad wiring. and the antenna had been loose so the machanic decided to drill new hole in my truck to re attach it i did not know this was the course of action he had taken so instead of replacing it he mede to new hole in the truck. about a week and ahalf later my truck didnt start so i had it towed back to the dealership and they installed a what they told me was a new starter but when i aske to see the parts receipt from auto zone it was not produced they gave me a receipt from there own machanic. and not a week later my transmission started to smoke and my car caught fire i was able to put it out i feel i was sold a lemon and am getting no support from the dealership so now i have to go to the attourny General of mas and make a claim cause i feel i will not get the result i need for a 12,000 lemon i bought from Car Guys and everytime i go there im treated with dis respect if i were you i would stay far away from this place!!

Bought a new truck effortlessly great great deal and easy to work with highly recommended i have never in my life dealt with a dealer and felt that i got a good deal but i did with the car guys

What a nightmare!!!!!! Tried to purchase a vehicle. Nobody there. I know the virus. Call the dealer, finally Ryan the owner calls me back. W agree on price. I need financing. He tells me go on his sight and apply. I hit on the vehicle I was interested in and it sends me to application for loan application. All done. Monday do not hear anything. Tuesday I call, Ryan was not in previous day but will get back to me. Grreat, loan application approved. I drove by but no vehicle, I asked where is the truck. My brother took a down payment on it yesterday. Mind you I have not seen anyone in person and was never asked to put a deposit on vehicle. Isn't great??????? Now will not answer my calls.

Just walked in this place with 6 grand cash, for a bmw I wanted I saw online. Literally no place to even pull in to look at a car. Pulled in, drove around in a circle to try and look at it, had 3 people behind me trying to get out while I tried to look at the car. Finally pulled around to the front in the only spot you can even fit a car to try and go into the office.... before I even go to the door some woman came out in a phony and fake rude customer service voice and told me to move my car... they weren’t concerned with helping me cause I was driving a 98 Jeep ( my beach buggy second car). They acknowledged the couple people on the lot, but I was met with move your car after trying to ge through the lot for 10 minutes just to look at the car I was there for. Your not selling anything I can’t easily fine somewhere else! Sale lost.

Bought a 2013 Silverado, very happy overall, quick painless process. I drove over an hour to get there but saved thousands over buying in my area. Thanks Guys
