I can not stand car buying, usually. It's what kept me in a piece of junk car as long as I was. Finally, it was time to buy something else. I went to another big dealership in Wichita, and have never been treated so terribly. So when I received a call from Lubbers, I wasn't very interested. But instead of being disappointed and stressed out, Matt made the whole experience a wonderful one. He was caring and understanding. I will never buy anywhere else ever again.

This car is the 5th new vehicle that I have bought from Lubbers. The main reason I keep going back, because they treat you like family and with the up-most respect. They work their hardest to get you the best deals and get the payments to where you want them. They also give you the most on all trade ins without a hassle. Love Lubbers would never go anywhere else for a new car.

Working with Ron & Chris Lubbers is just a relaxed and pleasant experience. Over multiple buying experiences they have proven their trustworthiness and credibility. There is no reason to do a lot of negotiating on price because they usually start by offering a fair deal.

Stay away from this dealer if you want a used car or truck. They do not stand behind there vehicles and sales people use non moral sales tactics. This dealership is the worst one i have ever been to and i have purchased alot of used cars.

Hands down the easiest, friendliest, car buying experience. Have been to several other dealerships and not one can be compared to Lubbers In Cheney, Kansas.
