Jennings is a friendly dealership that appreciates its customers. My wife and I walked into the showroom looking for a new car. We didn’t have an appointment or salesperson , but Daniel Sepulveda came right up and asked how he could help us. We explained we were interested in looking at a new Taos model. Daniel asked if we wanted to take one for a test drive, which we did. After the test drive he walked us through a few options which he explained well to see which model would fit what we wanted. We went over numbers to see where the pricing would be and if we were comfortable with it. While they didn’t have one on the lot there were a few at other dealers with what we wanted. Daniel and his manager went to work immediately to try and get one of them. Thanks to Daniel we ended up with the car we wanted.

I have done business with Jennings Volkswagen for the better part of 30 years. I trust them… And that is the most important thing. George is a phenomenal salesman and offers incredible service to someone who is looking for a new car. Arek is phenomenal… Professional kind knowledgeable and very helpful. Eric, the loan officer is also very helpful and Offer service in a very calm manner.

I'm so excited to be driving my new Taos in a special green color that I've been waiting years for. I came in yesterday right after the car was delivered to the dealership, and Daniel took care of me. He understood that I'm a no nonsense buyer and he treated me with the respect I not only deserve but demand from a car dealer. He put together a deal with Arek and Dave that's the perfect kind. Everyone feels a little pain because we compromised. They all made it a super fun experience for me. They were gentlemen without being patronizing to a passionate car person! I've had at lot of cars in the past 15 years. Buying this car was a fiscally responsible move, and a great choice of where to go to feel good about my end goal. I'll be taking the car there for service maintenance when it's time. This is the first time I bought a car with 6 miles on the odometer! It smells new and glorious! Thanks Daniel, Dave and Arek. These guys were very thoughtful about asking me whether I wanted extra warranties, which I was clear I didn't want. They understood it was financial and also my super careful way I take care of my car. When I stopped by today to pick up my paperwork, the person who was off the day before who handles finances, came at me a bit hard about the extra "stuff". It's the only negative moment in two days of an other wise joyful experience. I just rolled my eyes. To be honest, I don't even remember his name.😂

Lily my salesperson treated me like a member of the family. She Went above and beyond to get me into my dream vehicle. The transaction went very smoothly in and out in a short amount of time. I highly recommend getting your next car from Jennings Volkswagen. Can’t think Lily and the team enough.

This was my first ever car purchase. I was very nervous going into it, but Daniel was fabulous to work with. He was friendly and he and the team at Jennings worked with me to get a payment I could afford on my dream car!!!! I would highly recommend Daniel and would purchase from him again.

I had a problem with the remote start on my car. I called Volkswagen customer service and that had me reinstall the app but it didn't work. They told me it would take 4-21 days to get back to me. I found that unacceptable. So, I called Daniel Sepulveda, who I purchased my car through. He was very gracious to help me and it only took a couple of minutes to get the app working. I'm so glad because the weather has been so cold. Thanks Daniel!

This is the second car I have bought at Jennings and the process was so stress free. Lily was attentive and met me on the level I needed with info I needed. She got me answers to all my questions in a very timely manner and didn’t push at all. That put me at ease and it’s why I really wanted to find a car at Jennings that would work for me. And Erik in the finance/business office explained everything very clearly and I could tell he wanted to also put me at ease. Thank you Jennings!
