The entire car buying process was seamless, thanks to everyone at Norm Reeves Hyundai who went above and beyond. From General Manager (Bill S) to sales (Scott K) to finance (Mike L), excellent customer service bar none.

Friendly and fast.

Friendly and fast. I'm not a fan of any car dealership (prefer the Tesla method of no negotiating) but if you have to do it, these guys made it fairly painless. They took $1000 off MSRP to match another dealer. They even gave me a ride home in my old car (45 minutes each way) so they could take me back to pick up my new car. You do have to sit through a financing office where they try to upsell you on additional extended warranties, gap insurance, etc., but they weren't super pushy about it.

I searched at a number of dealerships in three different

I searched at a number of dealerships in three different states and Norm Reeves Hyundai was by far the best. I bought my car from them even though I was outside the state of California. They were responsive and always provided direct answers. Their pricing was clear and straight. During a time when other dealers were adding all kinds of things onto MSRP Norm Reeves never played those games. The salesman who helped me--Mike De Leon--was totally knowledgeable, always available, and made my out-of-state purchase easy. The finance department including Alex Fuller and Cesar did what they had to do with a minimum of fuss and complication. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and would go back again without hesitation.

I bought my Hyundai Sata Fe through CostCo Auto Sales and would do it again. Car buying is one of the absolute worse things...dealing with the IRS is better. But the salesmen, Borna and Jonathan were very helpful, and continue to be, even days later. Teaching me about all the digital components and how to operate my new car.
