When my wife and saw this Hyundai we were taking by how great it looked. We had visited several other dealerships that morning with a strong lead on another car we saw. When Manuel came to help us the battery was dead. He knew I was on the phone with another dealership when the car did not start. Manuel went out of his way to get the car started and was very nice to get it done quick. We liked the and Manuel customer service. When my wife and I decided to buy the car Manuel went out of his way to make sure we have a new battery for the car.Overall, I will recommend to my family and friends to Cerritos Hyundai

I recently purchased my very first new car, and everyone at Cerritos Hyundai made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Other dealerships have made me feel nervous or tense, but everyone here was very friendly and helpful, and it definitely put me at ease while making this big decision. The salesperson, Fernando Guzman, was extremely helpful and very patient with my parents and me. He made sure to find me a car with all of the features I wanted, and I am extremely happy with my new Hyundai Tuscon! The finance direcor, Kevin Lee, was extremely helpful. As I mentioned, this was my first "big" purchase, and Kevin walked me through all of the paperwork and made everything very clear. After shopping around at various dealerships for months, I had a great experience at Cerritos Hyundai, and highly recommend it.

I went to take my car to be serviced. I was told 3 days but got ok back the next day Henanahu Bagga from Service, made sure everything was taken care of. I was impressed how the service and sales (Manny) worked together to make everything so pleasant for the customer.

They worked with our offers and tried their very best to meet all the way or in the middle of our needs. He did not even pressure us at all, otherwise we would have just walked out. I drove here from Pasadena in a Camry, and left in a New Hyundai Elantra. Why did you go to all the way to Cerritos to get a new car you ask? Well gather around and listen to my new car adventure: One fine sunny day I realized that it was time to renew my registration so I decided: new registration? Probably should get a new car too (My camry was looking aged and it was time). I set my sights on the new Elantra and decided to stop by one of the several nearby Hyundai dealerships to test drive it. I really liked it and decided that I wante to lease the car however I could not come to an agreement on the price so I ended up leaving. The next day I called up a few other dealerships and Cerritos Hyundai seemed like they were the most willing to help me out. I knew it was far, but I decided to see what they had to offer (I also wanted to go to a bigger dealership so Cerritos seemed like a good choice). When I arrived I was greeted by Manuel and I told him exactly what I wanted. With Manuel, I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy a car, rather I felt like I was really being helped into making the right choice by a wise adviser. They didn't have the color I wanted in the first lot so Manuel went above and beyond and drove me to 3 different lots to help me find the exact one I was looking for and literally spent the whole day with me, talk about customer service! He even helped me negotiate! Because they color I wanted wasn't there at the time, they gave me an amazing deal on the version with the Bluetooth and foglights, which I am glad I got. Overall, if I had to do it again, I would have done it the same way, gotten the same car, and gone to the Hyundai in Cerritos.

What a great dealership. We just purchased our 5th new car from Cerritos Hyundai and they were great. We drove from Indio, because we believe we get the best deal from them, that we couldn't get anywhere else. David the sales manager was great as was our salesman Ricardo. We were given free coffee drinks and cookies, while we waited for the paperwork to be finished. We recommend them highly for anyone looking to buy a new or used car.
