Instead of telling your customers that if we do not

Instead of telling your customers that if we do not perform a certain maintenance . Threaten to void my factory warrant . Quit using scare tatics to sell people . I had to look up my factory maintenance and call other dealerships to verify. Then i aldo had my cabin gilter change and they spray something that made my car interior smell like some industrial waste exploded inside my car. I drove days with my winfow crack open.. thanks for that.

Our client advisor, Scott Kim, provided exceptional service in helping us find the right car at a great price. Also, Brandon in the finance department was friendly, efficient, and respectful of our time. This dealership has great customer service which makes a huge difference in the car-buying experience.
