My wife and I had been looking for a second vehicle for months. We decided to stop in to Century Buick. We were met in the lot by Casey Bauer. After spotting a 2004 Infiniti G35, we took it out for a test drive and after the test drive, I knew that we had just found our second vehicle. Casey gave us an AWESOME deal! We could not pass on this opportunity. We made the deal and I still found it hard to believe that I found a car like this at the price I got it for. Casey is truly a professional and I have never in my life had a car buying experience like this! He did not pressure us at all, and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we were HAPPY! We left with only a couple of his business cards, but will have to stop by the dealership and get more because I will truly be giving a card to everyone I know, with my highest recommendation to go see him!

I purchased a 2016 GMC Acadia. I previously owned Buick Enclaves and enjoyed the ride and roomy interior. I find the Acadia to be just as nice and and roomier. The Dealer, Carlos, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure we knew every detail we need to know about our new car. Hiram one of the managers, made sure that we found a car to fit our financial needs. And the financial manager, Gary,was also helpful in meeting our needs . My husband and I consider ourselves as members of the Century Buick GMC family. Everyone is always friendly and ready to lend a hand. We will probably continue purchase our future vehicles at Century. 5?????

Josh Clay was great. We made multiple trips to dot all "I" and cross all "t" but it was well worth it. They have a movie room, which I spent one of my visits in. He allowed me to make multiple test drives with different family members. Found all my requirements in a car in Gainesville and had it brought to Tampa for me. Detailed it before I got there, and sceduled a time with me to bring it back to get the interior protection put in. Josh is very knowledgable and friendly. No stress or pressure. Best experience. I love my new encore!!!

I took my Terrain 2012 in for service. While waiting I saw a 2016 Terrain Denali that I fell in love with. I asked for a sales person and luckily I was introduced to their number one sales rep, Robert Shimer. He made the entire process hassle free and I was very impressed with his professionalism. Needless to say, he was able to work out the numbers on my trade in and I am now driving my new 2016 Terrain Denali. This is the 3rd GMC vehicle I've purchased from Century Buick and although I've always been pleased with the sales process, my true reason for coming back time after time is their service department which in my mind ranks second to none. It's like visiting family when I've taken my cars in for service. I highly recommend Century Buick and Robert Shimer to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
