Should have went there first. Easy to talk to. Didn't rush me. And didn't pressure me into buying a car. Took the car I was interested in for a test drive, without a problem. Friendly bunch of guys. It was rather pleasant dealing with the sales staff. When I'm looking for another car. I will go there in a heart beat. Most car dealerships are overwhelming, and pushy. Not these people. Fred and Bill were great to work with. We purchased a 2016 Mercedes E400 from the Dealership. The transaction could not have gone any smoother. We traded our vehicle to them and were given a very fair value. They did everything for us, we just had to pick day we wanted to return for new car and just show up. Bill was great at explaining the many features on the car, there are a lot, and told us if we needed more help to not hesitate to call. Bill and Fred provided me with an outstanding sales experience, they were not aggressive in any way. I was in the market for as used VW and actually purchased one from a VW dealer in Latham, NY. Unfortunately they were not able to get me the financing that I required. Fred went above and beyond and got me the financing that I needed, I found that to be rather impressive. The dealer is neat and clean, as the vehicles that are for sale there. Bill's customer service is excellent, communication is key and it was definitely there. From the moment we walked onto the lot, we felt welcomed, as Fred greeted us. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, we didn't feel any pressure from him to buy like most sales lots. Our overall buying experience was very smooth from start to finish. The used vechicles on this lot are of very high quality and the staff is excellent. We went back the next day to pick up the vechicle and before we drove the car off the lot Bill took the time to go through all the features of the car. Everyone was very accommodating and willing to work with us, this was by far the best buying experience we've had. I would def recommend buying a vechicle here.
