Very happy with my experience at this dealership. I was there for my 12,000 mile check up & taken care of promptly by Joe, service man. Also, visited with my car salesman, Sam who took very good care of me when I leased my vehicle. Would highly recommend this dealership PS.. would like that Subura Pink Stanley cup. Good advertisement!!!

My purchase experience at Coconut Creek Subaru, has been outstanding. If I could give it another star, I would. The purchase went flawless with Raj, I kept texting with him with a number of questions and concerns and he took the time always to make sure everything was answered. Raj made sure I was getting what I needed, he went above and beyond. Between Raj and the finance Mgr. Aleks, it was a very pleasant experience. Aleks explained everything in detail and provided me with unbelievable customer service too. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

Changed myself a steering wheel sensor and clock spring
Changed myself a steering wheel sensor and clock spring on my 2013 Subaru Outback and got a VCD and brake light Code C0071 on. I went to the Subaru Coconut Creek service department and requested a simple OBD2 calibration. An hour, and $125.00 later, the service advisor Joe Monti said the angle sensor will not reset and the car needed a $1.800.00 plus tax HCU (brake) module). I refused and went to a local mechanic who had changed me $40.00 and fix the problem. Steve

Horrible service, deceitful, unscrupulous!! Don’t trust this service department. The make you jump through hoops to file a claim and then tell customer support to deny it.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Sammy was very courteous and respectful and very patient with my husband and I. My husband was so impressed with the Crosstreck I leased he ended up leading an Outback! We love our new cars. Would highly recommend this friendly dealership.
