great

had the car, n color I was looking for. Darren was great explaining financing. all the legal , license taxes, etc. very polite, friendly,y courteous, patience, while explain the car features. He in installed the blue link for me. Was a very pleasant experience.

Simple and Easy So Far

I bought a pre-owned Hyundai last summer. In my albeit limited experience with this dealership, I have had no issues and everything has been simple, direct, and above-board. I have nothing bad to say about them.

Great as always

It is always easy to get in for appointments and I never have to wait. We recently bought a new car with John ( 3rd car ) and he is very friendly and has great knowledge of the cars.

Oil change

Oil change

Steve was very helpful answering all our questions. We had concerns about the car but he was reassuring. He answered questions about towing our new camper. I will definitely be back for future service!

ill prepared for recall

I have to arrange an appointment for a recall service, no where on the appointment confirmation that it was mentioned the service would take 6hr. then at the end of the 6hr, we were told that they don't have the parts for the recall repair so they gave us a loaner car for couple of days till it's repaired. Couple of days later, the recall repair is done, and the oil change is done, but the tire pressure is at 34 whereas the handbook target is 41. Maybe because I have one of these rare Hyundai cars that the service center is ill prepared for. I do wish the service center had communicated enough detail ahead of the appoint for the service and manage expectations. Still recommend the service center because this is the only one on the east side.

I received great service . They whir polite and waited on me right away . The vehicle was fixed properly in a short length of time . They also washed the vehicle .

Everything Went well as expected. Coffee was being repaired but I coped. Everyone was friendly and got a great explanation of the required service. Good Guys!
