My 2013 Mini Cooper S Countryman was with Century Mini in Greenville SC for some time and it wasn’t cheap to get it back fixed. THAT SAID - - Jerry, the service manager, is probably one of the most honest men I’ve dealt with. He gave me advice on my options, choices for what I should/could spend and I believe the people who he ultimately assigned to work on my car were skilled. My faith in dealerships and their aftercare has been restored by him. Thank you Jerry and to your mechanic (don’t know his name).
Got it fixed!

Worst Service experience in 50 years of driving!
I took my 2013 Countryman in for service at 90k for a 100k service because the car was no running properly.. I spent over $2700 on a timing belt and other issues. My son got his car back to Savanah and started having the same issues. Took it to a mini service dealer there and spent another $750 replacing spark plugs and coils.. car is running fine. Century had my car for a week and didn’t fix it! These people are parts changers and just looking to bill hours based on mechanics who must be paid based on the parts they can sell…
Worst Service experience in 50 years of driving!

The Service Dept. is the reason I like buying my cars at Century Mini, the service team is honest. I think alot of Bonnie and her team they have always treated my car as if it was thier own. Because of the great service I receive from the Service Dept. I will continue to buy my Minis at Century.
