Integrity issues and poor business practices.

Integrity issues and poor business practices. I made salesman aware I was interested in a vehicle he had on the lot. He offered to hold it for me for 3 days. I was surprised to hear that they would hold a vehicle. I never asked if he could hold the vehicle, he offered that service. He also stated they have held vehicles for potential buyers for up to 9 days in the past. He stated he was off for the next two days, but he would call me as soon as he returned to work in order to follow up. I tried to call and text his number early on the 3rd day to no avail. Without hearing from him, I returned to the lot before lunch on the 3rd day with payment and insurance in hand for the vehicle. I waited on him to return to work so that he makes the commission on the sale. Despite the fact that the vehicle is in plain view in the lot, they refuse to sell me the vehicle. They say it's being transferred to another lot. The salesman tries to sell me on another vehicle of a different make and model, which was insulting. Sales manager was no help either. I wasted half a day and had to take time off work to obtain insurance and payment. I attempted to call and text (his business card and voicemail both say to text him) numerous times after leaving the premises and never received any return communication. For all he knows, I wanted to purchase a different vehicle on their lot. Steer clear of this place!

Buyer Beware

I assure you this place is what people warn you about used car dealerships. They are quick to sell and slow to fix any repairs. I was duped on buying a new car with sprayed painted rims. As you would assume a few months pass buy and my rims literally changed colors . You can see the fresh spray paint on the tip of tire caps ( where u put in air) . When i brought it buy they said that could've happened before they bought it ? I mean what ? It was laughable. You can tell right away they were not interested at all on helping me out and making my new car purchase correct . Horrible and embarrassing

Very good experience!!

Michael was very nice, polite and also very knowledgeable. He was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in Columbus. This means a lot to us senior citizens.
