I had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I worked with Sade. My experience was nothing but stellar. In particular, Sade is professional, responsive, approachable, knowledgable, and helpful. She was prompt to respond to my texts and took care of the task at hand. I would absolutely take my business to this company again. I am very pleased with the level of service I received. I highly recommend CARMAX.

Over 120 days and still no title!!!
I would give negative stars if I could. Terrible experience with CarMax. I found the vehicle I wanted and they couldnt ship it to my state of Michigan for titling issues. They claimed it would be no issue. I flew out to maryland in June to buy the car and they gave me a temporary tag. I was suppose to get the title in 30 days from June 25th Here I am sitting almost 120 days later October 18th with no title, and my 3rd temporary tag! I keep getting unkept promises of when my title will come in. Now, they claim they submitted a request to the Maryland DMV to get a duplicate. I called the DMV from a number they gave me and the DMV has absolutely no record of this VIN being titled there or a request for a duplicate! At this point, I feel like they sold me a car with no title and I am just the middle man dead in the water waiting to have his car Repo'ed. This is beyond rediculious. At this point, I am at a loss for words. I am getting ignored, transferred and told empty promise after empty promise. I will never be purchasing a vehicle from CarMax again.

Honest and upfront, but with great customer servic
Brian Chanin did a great job working with me on my purchase. He was upfront with me on the whole process, because my budget was a big concern. We knew the car we wanted, but we were tight on funds. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. He just explained where we were during the discussion and make sure both my wife and I understood. Once the deal was in place, he checked in on us with the finance department, and even helped migrate the items from our trade in to our new car. Great experience.

CarMax made the car-buying experience so easy!
We traded our 2010 Subaru Forester for a 2016 Subaru Outback. The entire process took about two hours and was hassle free. This included test driving the Outback (while they we doing the appraisal on the Forester), transferring plates, taking care of payment, etc. They make car buying a breeze!

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.

First car!
I was in the process of looking for a first official car for myself. Came to Carmax once and the Sales Associate (Louis Dean) was very helpful, walking me around the lot and showing me cars within my price range that he thought I would like. I ended up taking one for a test drive but wasn't sure if it was the car for me. I came back a couple days later to check out some more and Louis was more than willing to take me for another two test drives. He was very helpful explaining the pros and con's of each car and really make my car buying experience smooth and easy. I walked of the dealership the second time with the keys in hand!
