This dealership is like none that I have ever had to deal with before! The car buying process can be very scary and intimidating. I just was praying threw it! They have a really good selection of really nice clean used cars. Maybe new too I’m not sure. I had found the perfect car that fit me online at this dealership & came in to look at it. From the time I stepped in the building the customer service was amazing. They were all very busy selling cars but made sure I was helped & comfortable. They all greeted me at some point in between them doing different things to take care of their clients. Even Bear (their sweet dog) came to say hi! Just rubbing his lil head was calming me threw this car buying process. He put me at ease! One of the guys grabbed the car from their overstock lot that I was interested in for me to look at & test drive. He gave me time by myself not hovering over me to look at it right off the bat. There was no sell’s pitch’s just answered questions when I came back in asking them after testing driving. When I came back in the guy that had got the car for me to test drive was back busy selling another car but a nice gentlemen named Robert called me & my son over. My 1st thought was oh he just stole that other man’s commission if I choose to buy. I have to tell you Robert was amazing! He answered every question we had, he went above and beyond to make sure this was a comfortable experience! He made sure we got the best deal that was fair to us both! Me & the dealership! The best interest rate he could get me and made sure it was a great payment plan for me that fit me. Guess what? He wasn’t stealing the other guys commission! They are on salary! Theirs no cut throat salesman just trying to get their commission. There’s no putting you in anything just to get you out the door selling a car. These salesman get paid regardless! I have to say the owner is a very smart man doing business this way. Yes these salesman want to sell cars for their company of course but I’m telling you the way I felt in that dealership was a feeling of these people actually care about their car selling reputation. Like what they put out is what they want to get back! My momma always said treat others as you want to be treated! I got all good vibes at this dealership, bought a beautiful vehicle that I love, and I bet they had a momma that taught them the same thing! I would highly recommend Robert, & highly recommend this dealership to whoever is reading this , to my family, & will to everyone I know!

Vehicles Nashville is a hidden gem in the Nashville area. It's a small dealership but it has quality vehicles, and more importantly, quality people who treat you with respect and don't pull any typical used-car dealer tricks. My wife and I found a car we were interested in on the their website. When I went to look at it, Coda handed me the keys and said I could take it for a test drive without any of their people going with me. I kept the car for more than an hour, driving it and looking it over to make sure all was as it should be. The car was even better than I expected. The price was a no-haggle price and very fair for the condition of the car, so I decided to purchase it. There were no surprises when it came time to do the paperwork. There was a $199 processing fee, which had been mentioned on their website, and there were no other fees or bogus charges. I completed the paperwork and was given the keys in about 30 minutes. When I went to get into the car I noticed a problem that I hadn't seen when I took it for a drive. One of the wheel rims had apparently been damaged by the previous owner when hitting a curb. I brought it to their attention and they said they would take care of it, even though they could have said it was too late because I had already signed the papers. They ordered a new wheel, but it was delayed in shipping. My wife and I were wanting to use the car for a trip on our 50th wedding anniversary, so when the wheel didn't get delivered in time, they pulled an identical one off of another car on their lot and got my car ready to go in time for the trip. Thanks for your help on that Chris!! It's great to find a business where the employees not only say they believe in Christian principles, but actually practice them.

Chris and owner are quality people! The process to purchase a pre-owned car is like no other....simple and pleasant. Due to our previous car being totaled (not our fault-distracted drivers) we were in the market for a pre-owned car. We had visited MANY dealerships looking. Vehicles Nashville was a win and able to get us into a car with NO pressure sales and honesty. They have their cars priced to sale and already know it is the BEST price. We were very worried needing to make quick decisions. Within the first week the car had alternator problems and I know full and we'll they could have said, "Too bad, so sad!" because with pre-owned you sign an "as is warranty." However, they took care of the situation promptly and my family. You won't find another place like this! They truly care about their customers and cars. I 100% recommend them and know because I have bought a fair amount of cars! This place is a gem of dealerships!

The people are extremely nice and helpful yes but the quality you get at the prices is just not worth the headache. I will say I called about a check engine light issue and they offered to send me a check to fix the issue. But as more issues arise in day 3 of owning the truck I found multiple codes for A/C controls, radio, headlights, engine deactivated solenoid…rear struts were bad started leaking. Spark plugs were not changed at 100k bought the truck with 100161. Oil was dirty and not changed. Cabin air filter was full of leafs, engine filter was gross and replaced. The truck was covered in some “detail crap to make it look shinny” and it was slimy and all over my hands just not very good quality in the work they do. If you’re a mechanic y all means buy a car from here and fix everything yourself cause the prices are good but they get that good by not doing the job properly. So my experience is definitely in between. I am not bashing anyone they are very nice like i said great group of guys, told me they were gonna hold the truck for me and I am pleased with that considering I was trying to beat someone else there. So yes great people up front but who ever the mechanic is, I wonder if he’s not telling James exactly what each vehicle needs to make a customer satisfied. Also Koda is very great at what he does he’s a great guy and a pleasure to work with. James thank you for your help.

I had a really great experience finding a car from here! Coda Blakeley was quick to respond and made this entire process so smooth. I came from Chattanooga, Tn and when I arrived Coda had everything ready and all I had to do was sign the paper work! The car was freshly cleaned and waiting for me. Would definitely recommend using them for your car needs!
