I've bought two cars and sold four cars through these guys. One of the best smaller, specialty and high-end car dealerships you can do business with IMO. Quality cars that are sold by honest guys with integrity. I mean that. The owner cares about running an honest business. There are so many other fly by night and sketchy shops you can deal with and this is not one of them. I trust these guys whole heartedly and they will always get my business where possible. They also can do awesome wraps, PPF, etc. They have a great services team as well. Highly recommended.

I bought a 2019 F150 Raptor at Elite Motor Cars a few weeks ago and after driving home I read online that there was a nationwide service for the truck that affected the performance. Unfortunately the service expired in 2023. I didn't call at first because I did not want to hassle anybody since it was already almost 2025. I finally called and spoke to Robert the sales rep that sold me my truck and informed him of the situation. Robert told me that he would speak to the owner Alex and get back to me. Literally 30 mins later, I received a call back and information that I had an appointment at the nearby Ford dealership a few days later and the service would be completed. These guys are awesome! That's going way beyond normal customer service, taking the time to assist someone after weeks from the purchase. I highly recommend Elite Motor Cars and would do business with them again. A nice experience buying a car. Great selection of upper end cars. Mo was easy to deal with and I had a great experience.

Drove two hours for an appointment and then had to wait another hour to speak with a sale rep. I had some concerns on the vehicle, so they told me they would run some tests and call me back. Several days go by and no call, so I call them and leave a message. No return call. I call again and they say they will check with my sales rep and call me back, still no call. Like other reviews have pointed out, the customer service just isn't there. So I took my business down the road to another luxury dealership for my purchase.

I purchased a used 2018 Lexus GS 350 F Sport back in February. When I received my registration from dmv all information stated on this vehicle with this vin number showed 2017. All the paperwork on the purchase contract stated that Elite Motors sold me a 2018 when in fact it’s actually a 2017. I also asked Elite Motors to repair a headlight assembly that had condensation forming inside. They told me they would take a look and address my request. They did not fix the issue which a car dealer should not sell a vehicle if an important functional part like a headlight should be a priority and not defective forming condensation. I feel that my request was not too much to ask from this high end exotic car dealership.

I didnt even hear back from them about the car i was interesred in. Very poor service

Purchased a Lamborghini from Alex and this was hands down A+ service. Car is a show piece. The dealership is super clean and everyone was very professional.
