Buyer BEWARE!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS SCAMMERS NO COMMUNICATION I bought a car from the new management on Oct. 7, 2024. The car needed repairs. I bought it knowing that, I was told it would take 1 to 2 days to fix. So I took it on Oct. 9,2024 for the repairs. It's been 1 full week and I still don't have my car fixed. I had to call them, they said they didn't know the car wasn't fixed. Mind you the car is right behind there building getting fixed this whole time. I asked for my 30 day warranty to start over from the day I get it back. I was told NO, they don't bend for anyone. Its not about bending, it's about doing the RIGHT THING. I had the car for 1 day in my possession. 1st and LAST time doing business with them. Hopefully you don't make the same mistake and buy a car from them. BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from these xxxxx!! Bought a car with 78,000 miles not even a month later something goes wrong which I know they cleared codes in it , i call tell them it wasn’t even a month ago they stated if something os wrong within 30 days bring it back well i call .. Spoke to a rude mam by the name of Bill told us it was 30 days or 1000 miles WELL they went and changed out mileage at the time of purchase and he rudely told my husband we are not fixing your car you went 2000 miles over .. well I told him I drive 15 minutes to work and 30 minutes to my dads once a week no way in xxxx I drove 2000 miles in less than a month !! we are highly pissed .. very unprofessional and fraudulent .. changed the mileage on the computer so that when the codes came back they didn’t have to fix the car ..BUYERS beware!! BBB gonna love this one !!

If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go. Sure they'll get you in a car, but expect to lose money. I lost $1600 cash on a car purchase I made there. When I questioned it they listed off some fees that still did not add up to $1600. Bought car on sat, Tried to return it on Monday and they would not accept return. Or give money back.

BEWARE BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Went here for a deal posted online. Discussed details with multiple sales reps, and they agreed to online price. When I arrived, they jacked the price by over $5k on the paperwork. I called in a personal favor to get there because the online deal was so good, but it was a scam. On top of that they were arrogant and rude even prior to the big price gouge. I ended up missing out on an honest deal that was a little farther away, but would have been worth the travel. Terrible place to buy.

They were honest, I needed a vehicle and it had to be something to get me to work and back. The dealership has need kind enough to let me know the shortcomings of the truck as well as even sweeten the deal a little bit by lowering the actual price a little, for all in all it was a good solid foundation ran good no other issues other than the brake cable which I can definitely replace and I'm happy with it. The entire process from looking at it to signing the papers was less than an hour and I was out within 2 hours driving the vehicle home. For those that Wonder they put paper plates on so you can leave right away once you add it to your insurance and then they'll mail you your real place in a few days to a week pretty good.

John hooked me up bill was hooked it up finance wise got me a low rate no one else couldn’t complain at all had a fun time

I’ll keep it short. Went to purchase a car listed at $13,000 on internet. They ran a credit check (which I know was above 750) and the finance guy came back with a story about loans I don’t have that could be tied to another person with my name? What? He told me I would have to pay $17,000 (tag price on car) huh? at 5.5% (he said one bank was 11.5%) and looking further on his printout had fees over $1000 on top of tax, tags title. He said I would pay $22,000 after the loan was paid off on a car originally listed at $13,000. I just purchased a car from a new car dealer for $645 less than asking price at 2.84% because of my credit. Know your credit score and read the added charges. Bad business practices.

The courtesy at UA auto sales was courtesy was only out done by their professionalism the prices are right no pressure fantastic deals! Highly recommended especially the salesman John he is out of this world!
