bad experience
Horrible experience so far. Will not return my calls will not reply to my emails. They didn’t get my tags in time so I offered to drive there (1.5 hrs))to get another temp tag but they said they no that would email it to me. Apparently they didn’t want to spent the extra $30 or whatever that costs. Instead of telling me that we’re not going to do anything they are now refusing to reply to me. If they were honest I could’ve gone to dmv and did it myself. Meanwhile I have to rent a car because the temp tag expired on thanksgiving. Absolute Horrible customer service.

Sherwood was excelent

Not a good place to buy a truck, owner not a very
My truck was so rusty underneath my mechanic could not even change the oil. When I want to trade it back for another truck the owner told me, I didn’t want that truck back on my lot. I do not recommend this place

Rich, we conceded to everything asked of us in order to earn your business even as going as far as fixing all of the things that were a concern with your 2012 Toyota Tundra with 95k miles. Maybe you would be happier with a newer truck? You had your mechanic look at the truck before you bought it at a very discounted price and no mention of rust was ever brought up. We went above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Please help us understand so that we can be better with our customer service practices. I'd love to have a chance to make this right.
Add THOUSANDS in Bogus Fees to Advertised Price
Don't walk away, RUN! The advertised price is not real. To sell at the advertised price, they insisted on adding $2700 in bogus fees. This turned a fair deal into a terrible one. If this is how they treat you before they have your money, what happens after? Avoid this place at all costs.
