I bought a 2005 Crossfire from Bob Aronson last year, via online ad and live in MI. I Asked the basic questions if anything was broke and/or not working? Negative was the reply. While waiting for the shipping, Bob calls and says by the way, we had to take apart the dash to fix a guage! He Also changed the mileage from the ad to a higher figure. When the car arrived, the dash was a mess, ashtray broke, top retracting alarm comes on, headlight seal broke. Car arrived with 1/4 tank of gas and battery died soon afterwards. Numerous calls and emails to dealership were futile over months seeking repair reimbursements. Fraud and non disclosure at its worse and they took advantage of a out of state buyer. I am not the only neg. report on the web. Buyer beware.

Do not buy here! Dishonest dealer!
We purchased a Volvo from Bob at Blueslade Motor Cars a few weeks ago. When we started it up to drive off the lot several warning lights were flashing but Bob said not to worry about it and that he would fix it. Bob had us take the Volvo to his mechanic who said it would cost $2,000+ to fix the issues causing the warning lights. Bob is now refusing to fix it and will not return our calls. Bob lied to us and we feel like he scammed us by selling us a car he knew had problems. Do not buy here! Take your business to an honest dealer instead!

Excellent buying experience
I was searching for a particular car and I found it at Blueslade. Bob was a kind and flexible person to work with. He met me after hours so I could drive the car. Purchased the car two days later. He and Scott stayed later than the hours posted to meet us and complete the purchase. The car was fairly priced and in excellent condition. Bob and Scott are easy to work with!

Great, nonpressured, professional experience.
I hate the experience of buying cars. I often feel pressured and feel like I am being taken advantage of. My experience with Bob & Scott was professional and non pressured. We dealt primarily with Scott, who answered all our questions and gave us time alone to thoroughly evaluated the car. When we left to wait and have our son look at the car at a later time, there was no pressure to commit. The dealership did the maintenance needed, had the books and records, and provided a car fax. In the end, we were delighted with our car and the deal. They seem like honest people and never did we feel like we were being taken. Great experience.

Pleasurable experience
From my first contact with Bob and Scott I was impressed with the friendly, helpful and professional manner in which they conducted themselves. I noticed the car on CarFax and after looking it over and having all my questions answered, a very fair deal was made. When I went to drive off the lot it was discovered that the battery was dead. They had a new battery installed at no charge. I would recommend BlueShade to anyone who wants to experience buying a car with that personal touch you don't get with a large dealership.
