RUN away do NOT buy a car from them! They are the worst they take advantage of you every way they can. They lie and don't give you information that you need and are priced higher than any other dealer. Truthfully it was bait and switch and elder abuse! They care less if you're happy with the purchase and they perfected who's doing what to make the the highest price they can. I pray they go down in sales and can't screw anyone else.They won't even return your calls and you go to the showroom and the big bad managers won't come out of hiding to talk to you. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased and they are not BBB approved.

This past Friday evening my car had a "check oil alert." Nissan Service was closed, but Jordan & Cody at Coastal Chevrolet Service were kind enough to help me out to get me home and safely to the next day when I could get to Nissan Service. I arrive first thing in the am without an appointment and Jennifer was able to get my car checked out for me and the technician was able to resolve the problem. Excellent car buying experience from start to finish.
Excellent car buying experience from start to finish. Called and spoke to Tyler Lewis (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) - he helped me through the entire process. Called me back when I didn't think I could make it work and got Eddie Rodriguez (thanks Eddie!!) involved who got the payments to what I wanted. Caleb L'ecuyer got our paperwork organized, answered all questions, made sure we took the test drive (we found the truck on line and drove 3 hours to make the purchase), and took a picture of my son with the truck. Lastly, Brent Nihiser was the BEST with the final paperwork. Didn't make me feel like I HAD to purchase an extra warranty but definitely explained the programs, talked to me like a friend and made sure we had his contact info incase we had additional questions after we left the dealership. Overall I would give my experience a 10 out of 10 rating! These guys were great!

No morals people!
I will never buy another car from these people! I bought my car three years ago and received terrible service on the closing end. Was there all day! My friend mr. McGee bought a used car from them with a “as is “ sticker and less than 1300 miles the transmission broke. (5weeks). Not only did they charge him $155 fee to put on machine but wanted to charge $ 8000 for new transmission!! Yes $8000 which warranty company said was over priced and for him to take elsewhere for repair!! My family has bought about 6 new cars from them but no more!!
No morals people!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!
BUYERS BEWARE!! BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Saw a beautiful BMW online at a half decent price. Went to dealer to test drive it with an out the door price. Told the sales man my price range he said no. No worries on my end, I don’t need a car, just wanted one. Fast forward, back and forth over a month the car dropped to my price and the salesman didn’t even know. Finally got my price and they gave me a very very very hard time with my outside financing which was with a credit union. They made me drive hours away to get the check, would not accept an approval letter from the bank (credit union) and until they got the check would not let me leave with the car because they “have had cars stolen” Cool no worries went and got the check and bought the car. Prior to buying the car I asked was anything wrong with it, the answer was no. Bought the car and it sat for a few weeks, didn’t need to drive it. Took the car on a spin one warm day and noticed the AC didn’t work. Now I am a BMW man and I know them very well. The compressor wasn’t kicking on. Now this is during the holiday, Christmas and New Year’s so who wants to deal with that when with friends and family! Also, who would think to check the ac on a practicality brand new car, during winter AND when the dealer is suppose to check the car for full operation prior to sale! Contacted the salesman and he did nothing but say he’s in a tight spot because it’s been over a certain period, one month later. Either way long story short PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you have outside financing they will give you the hardest time because they want you to finance with them to jack up the rate. They also DO NOT CHECK THIER CARS WHEN THEY GET THEM LIKE THEY CLAIM. I am out of $3,000 for an AC repair on a super expensive car. BUYER PLEASE BEWARE. TAKE IT FROM ME DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY SELL JUNK NO MATTER WHAT YEAR!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!

We drove up from Charleston to look at a new 2022 Rogue
We drove up from Charleston to look at a new 2022 Rogue Platinum. I had looked at the car on their website and they confirmed that it was available. The price on the window sticker was 40, 225. We looked at the car and even test drove it. We were all set to purchase until we looked over the paperwork and saw that they had raised the price by $8000 to 48,225. When asked about the increase they said it had to do with supply shortages, etc. The salesman NEVER mentioned that the actual price was 8000 more than the sticker while we were looking at the car. That's a 20% markup which is ridiculous. All I can say is buyer beware! These are the kinds of situations that give car buyers nightmares, and make you fret about going to a dealership. I also called Nissan North America consumer affairs but they were not much help. They told me dealerships were privately owned and they basically had carte blanche.

Hi Eddie, we hate to hear that you had less than a 5-star experience with our Coastal Nissan team. When you called on Thursday we tried to give you the best estimate on your trade but asked for you to come in with the vehicle and VIN # so we could give you an accurate number. That way we could be able to get you in the vehicle you wanted, stock #9441 a Nissan Maxima SL. When you were able to come on Friday evening we did see that there was a previous accident on your trade but we decided to honor what we spoke about during our conversation on Thursday. At that time you wanted to purchase another vehicle stock #9414 a Nissan Maxima SV which had a higher purchase price. Unfortunately, we could not come to an agreement on a purchase price on that vehicle that would be comparable to the first one you were interested in while honoring your trade price. Our management staff wants to ensure that all of our customers have a clear, concise, and transparent experience.
