Called at 3 pm Friday April 15'22 about low tire pressure

Called at 3 pm Friday April 15'22 about low tire pressure in front right tire service said bring the car in. Arrived about 3:20 service told me a nail in the tire. I gave the go ahead to repair it. Started to call sales since I have a warranty on tires was interrupted by service "you don't have to call, we'll do that for you." Tire fixed and completed by 3:45 and it was Friday. What a relief. Great service...since I bought the 2017 Subaru Crosstrek 3months ago I was concerned about the cost of the warranty that covers tires. Really glad I have that warranty. When I bought the car , a silver Crosstrek I couldn't get over the condition-looks showroom. My previous car was a '92 Ford Taurus I was a Ford fan for decades. Look like Delaware Subaru got a feather in their cap. -Roy Podorson

be prepared to wait a long time

Delaware Subaru Mar 1, 2022 Notification This review will not post to our site until 3/15/2022 to allow this dealership time to resolve your issues. LG I signed a contract for 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. They had two weeks to give me the extra fob key and instead they mailed it to me ( I live in another state) I had to take off work and drive to my local Subaru to get it programmed. It is almost five months and I still don't have my permanent tags. If I don't call them, I would never get the temporary tags. The service is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They had two weeks to give me the extra fob key and instead they mailed it to me ( I live in another state) I had to take off work and drive to my local Subaru to get it programmed. It is almost five months and I still don't have my permanent tags. If I don't call them, I would never get the temporary tags. The service is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the lengthy reply. However, we now issue this notice to all clients. In the event you did not receive it, please review below. We apologize for the poor experience, and we absolutely appreciate your business. ************** Although we strive to process all of our clients’ permanent Registration and License plates within a timely manner, it may take more than 90 days (and in some cases, possibly more) to obtain the permanent Registration and License plate for your vehicle for multiple reasons. This is a normal occurrence. The primary reason it may take more than 90 days is as follows (especially for Delaware Residents): - The State of Delaware’s DMV limits every dealer in the state to two transactions per day. We are fortunate enough to have two DMV accounts for our dealer group, meaning we can process four transactions per day. However, we sell 150 new and used retail vehicles and another 50 wholesale vehicles on an average month. Although we do sell to out of state clients, a very large percentage of our business is done with clients who reside in Delaware. Therefore, we often need close to (and sometimes more than) the 90 days for the temporary tag that the DMV allows us to issue. Furthermore, we simply act as an agent for the state in processing all of our clients’ permanent Registration and License plates, and are at the mercy of the limitations that the DMV imposes on us. Additional reasons that can cause delays in processing permanent Registration and License plates: - Vehicles acquired from other dealerships (“dealer trades”), where there may be a delay in receiving Certificate of Origin paperwork for new vehicles - Factory delays in sending our dealership Certificate of Origin paperwork for new vehicles - Pay offs of traded and/or purchased vehicles: we have to wait to receive titles from banks and clients prior to transferring those titles over - Clients who request to ‘retain’ their license plate numbers – the titles from the traded vehicles have to be processed with the DMV prior to transferring those License Plate Numbers to the new vehicle - Funding verification of the purchased vehicle prior to our processing of permanent Registration and License plate - Clerical mistakes on title paperwork - Missing signatures on miscellaneous documents that need to be re-collected after purchase In cases where we need more than the 90 days, we can issue a second extended temporary tag to our clients on (or close to) the expiration day. If this occurs, please contact either your Sales Consultant or one of our Sales Managers or Finance Managers and we can send Over-night a new extended-temporary tag.

The only thing that will make this thing right is to send me the tags I paid for - 5 months ago! I think it also would have helped if the person in charge of processing the paperwork at your dealership wouldn't have waited a month to send in the paperwork. I am aware of this since I called in your dealership in November 2021 and she still hasn't sent the paperwork in. Also, I was told by the sales manager that I was to receive the tags by February 28, 2022. And I am adept to obtaining a temporary tag as I have gotten three now.

I have called and emailed multiple times. I have a case assigned to me by Corporate Subaru. I called the Wilmington Delaware dealer and spoke to a manager that stated I was to receive the tags by February 28th, 2022,
