Upon getting an oil change at Kia of Streetsboro, I was left waiting for over an hour as my car sat out front. It took another 20-30 mins to be called to check out. I was almost there for two hours waiting for the "paperwork" as my car sat in the parking lot. On top of the long wait, my steering wheel was left with residue from the workers and my oil life was not reset. I feel resetting the oil life is a very basic thing when getting a oil change so it's disappointing a dealership would not be considerate of this.

Jason Washington was my salesman back on July 12th 2022. He sold me a messed up 2017 Kia optima ex with 97K miles on it. Please do not go here go to Kia of Bedford ! I am looking to move forward with a lawsuit. They had a recall on the engine after I asked if there was any mechanical issues before the purchase he stated no and a month later the engine went out and they put a used engine in my car making my miles go up to 125K miles. Guys please do your research. Absolutely horrible !
