To say EXCELLENT would be an understatement!!! Starting with Mr. Stephen Patino, excellent sales person..very personable...to the point he felt like Friend to Family in a matter of minutes.. Very helpful with my purchase!! The staff made me feel WELL KNOWN by the time of pkup! the SERVICE STAFF are SUPERB individually and collectively!!! Starting with ARIEL. Mgr.very cool and accommodating! A+!! Then DARREN...Great Spirit was great enough to take time to correct something I GOOFED up with!! LOL but THE MAN!! ...Mr., SEAN CLARKE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PATIENT...made sure my car got TOP SHELF treatment!!! Kept me updated at all times. A++!!! They are an excellent dealer, I bought my two last two cars there. The workers are very nice and helpful.

Everyone who works at the dealership on Webster Avenue were very professional and possessed good communication skills. The site’s waiting area was comfortable and clean The work being done on my car was explained clearly. In addition they established good relationships with the clients as everyone seemed relaxed and patiently waiting.

They wouldn't sell me a vehicle because I had a credit union loan, they said it was a cash deal for them and wouldn't make money off of my business. I've never had an experience like this anywhere else. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have been a value customer of Lasorsa for many many years, but I must say that this past Saturday 8/31 was the first time that I felt very disappointed with the car service provided. I Left the dealership with a problem in regards to my turbo system and a noise sound like a bird. The turbo was fixed but the the sound of the bird did not which was one of the issue I had provided the person that needed to be address. I called after i drove away but as of today no one has reached out to me.
