Amazing customer service

I had the best experience buying my new Willys Wrangler at Meadowland of Carmel! Steve Kaplan helped me through the whole process from start to finish. He was there anytime to answer any questions that I had. It was super cool custom making my Jeep and he made it happen just in time for my beach trip! I am beyond Happy that I chose Meadowland of Carmel and more importantly extremely happy that I had Steve through the whole process. Another thank you to Vinny and Sharon for helping me through this car buying experience and making me happy with Jeep again. No hassle dealership

This is vehicle #4 and I'm still satisfied great people all around and the new building is beautiful, also the amount of vehicles in stock gave a lot of options to choose from

Stress free purchasing experience, screwed by service depart

Straightforward purchasing experience. Salesman courteous, knowledgeable, polite and professional. Upon having cage/door re-installed in my work van, service department installed different cage than the one I purchased with the vehicle. An inferior cage made of aluminum minus a door giving access to the work space in the van and added an $11 nonsense charge on top of the installation fee. I didn't bother to fight this battle as my time is more valuable than the installation fee of $170.00. In today's world I find both large and small business concerns consistently and deliberately attempting to trick the customer out of any amount of money they can think of. If the consumer is not paying close attention to the transaction the customer will be 'screwed'.

15000 mile service, Kate is great!

Had an issue with the e brake, they got me a loaner vehicle that was in great shape and had my car back when promised. Great team here.

Simple Oil Change and Rotation...

Today was a simple oil change and tire rotation, went off without a hitch... Go see Vinny (Jeep / Dodge) in the Sales Department for a great deal on a car!!!!

Mike Risi - Outstanding Sales Rep!

I bought a 2016 slightly used GMC Sierra from Meadowland of Carmel GMC, and my sales Rep, Mike Risi was outstanding. The entire sales process was so easy, laid back, and Mike was able to address all of my questions. We took a nice long test drive, and I knew, within 30 seconds, I had found my next truck. Mike, and Joe Hicky (Business Mgr) made the entire process painless and smooth. Would highly recommend Meadowland, and stop and talk with Mike ... he's a straight shooter!! Thanks Mike!!!

Steve Kaplan is the best!!!

My sales guy Steve Kaplan was amazing. He helped me custom order from the factory a challenger and it turned out better than I ever would have expected. He, Vinny, and Joe were all great throughout the whole process. Steve kept me updated every week and it was so easy to get in contact with him. I had gone to another dealer first, looking at challengers on the lot and the manager didn't want to work with me so I left empty handed and disappointed, and that's when I ended up at meadowland of Carmel. I walked out happier, with the car that I custom built, and a great price. He worked with my budget even with all the added features I wanted. I can't say enough great things about the team at this dealership. I really won't go anywhere else. They went above and beyond my expectations! Thank you so much !
