She took all the time to look what our RAV4 needs also if we had any recall, even we don’t have any, was really good to know that, also the manager Anthony Arrichielo, ready to help, listening and very, So professional too and the service was perfect and good. Friendly people, not pushing, giving time and space to make decisions, and the staff leads discussions about customer's options. I would still recommend a customer to do homework in advance and go totally prepared. I had a great test drive, thanks to the sales person.
