made us a priority

dealership treats you always with priority. previous service experience is what made us return. Got us the cars we wanted and got through the process in a timely manner. Discovered a paint chip on my new car at pickup time, service department jumped thru hoops and will get me in once paint comes in

leasing made easy

Curry Nissan in Chicopee have the best staff, from buying to service. all very friendly. The service people are prompt. Steve in service, has know me through, now going on my 4th Nissan car. He get a gold star from me. I am never waiting for my after its been service!! As for my Sale man Steve Clarke, he is also wonderful he got me into what I wanted, very personable friendly.

Was going to keep my car an extra day without informing me and without providing rental. Argued a lot and did not meet my needs.

they were great

Went in for my inspection. Dealt with Steve Panto. He showed me how to deactivate horn when i remote start or lock car so my neighbors dont complain. I always try to deal with the same person when i bring my car for service.

I’ve been doing business with Curry for a long time. Over the years I’ve gotten to know a few of the people that have worked there. Jim Ward has been my salesman since he was at Baystate Nissan. Taking a car to get serviced is supposed to be a chore, but thanks to employees like April, Jay, and Steve, I actually enjoy bringing my car in to get serviced. I always leave with a smile.

Quick Oil Change

They took me right on time for my appointment. The work was quick as I only needed an oil change. They have a comfortable waiting area with refreshments.

GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL

MY SALES PERSON JIM WARD WAS EXCELLENT.MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE SALES MANAGER SHANE FOR OVER 45 MINUTES. IT WASN`T LIKE HE ALREADY HAD SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE. HE JUST WASN`T IN THE OFFICE
