This person named Emre after providing most of my information, he(she) canceled my loan application just because I forgot to put my DL number, he(she) were so rude to me..

Dealer has refused to cancel the gap insurance which is refundable by law. All cancel paperwork was sent to them and it’s been 5 months. They are illegally breaching the gap contract which states it’s refundable and cancellable for all auto consumers who purchase gap insurance based on proration. Had to report them to the California Dept. Of Insurance.

I reached out recently to view a car, which was in stock. Ahmed told me it had to go to the ship real quick, so I called back a few days later. The lady said it was for a quick maintenance, but after a week they told me otherwise. I was still interested even after the lie, but then they tried selling me a salvaged title for 10,000, and when they said they would reach out when the car was back, which the guy who told me was off for that whole next week. I ended up finding out it was being sold as it got back? They didn't even let me know it was coming back. Horrible customer service, lies, And no follow up or consistency
