I had the best experience from getting approved to picking out a car and Marianne was the best the whole staff was wonderful though they all were welcoming from the time I get there until I left on 5/15/2024 and Marianne explained everything in detail when she went over the paperwork and told me to enjoy my vehicle and congratulations on your purchase thanks again red white and blue

I have been with them since May 2020. The vehicle I have hasn’t had any major issues all common stuff to naturally have keep up on. When we had hard times they worked with us to spread out payments. Though for the first 3 yrs my payments were always on time. But they were great I recommend to anyone with not perfect credit to check them out. Car are decent as well they have on the lot. I’ll prob go looking at a newer car after I’m done paying this off this year. But if I ever fell on a hard time and need a car again red white n blue is def my first choice

I just want to say I had the best experience with RWB. I was a first time customer back in 2023 and when I had an issue with my vehicle they guided me every step of the way. Due to the issue I was able to qualify for another vehicle. All the staff were amazing with me from the insurance department to the sales department. Thank you Amber and Maryanne for helping me! It means a lot to me to know there are such wonderful people still out there willing to help you every step of the way!

Honestly, so far so good. The experience was straight to the point. I got approved fairly easily, worked with my downpayment, I went to the dealer test drive the vehicle, & was off the lot in about 15-20 minutes. Gave me a complete list of things covered by warranty. Put my mind at ease. So as of right now I'm happy. Love my 2014 Ford Taurus. Hopefully this feeling remains. I will continue updating. Before I forget to mention it, staff ... Jennifer was very kind. So far would definitely recommend my friends and family.

Smooth and easy process
This has been one of the most smoothest, easiest, laid-back, or process I have ever went through in purchasing a vehicle. They were upfront and honest they told me how much I needed down what options I had to choose from and the next day I was driving home in my new car. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to rebuild their credit or start fresh with credit.

Worst business ever
This is the worst business I ever dealt with my wife pick up a 2016 Ford explore not even a couple days we had it and it was leaking oil took it to the garage where they recommend us taking. It got the estimate back they didn’t want to pay it out there they had the car for at least three days they knocked off $50 credit that was ridiculous because they were too cheap to pay 1000 and some dollars for the repairs so they brought it back to their location. Had it down there for a few days knocked off $200. And after it was done, they made us pay 500 and some dollars never again. they could at least return it, but they didn’t pick it up though.

Horrible
I have the same issue, I got a 2012 jeep patriot didn't even put 2200 miles on it and the timing cover is leaking and the oil pan was leaking and was told by manager robbert to just keep adding oil until they figure it out. I think it's crazy they say they do 100%plus inspection on all vehicles well don't you think it would've been found I'm not happy with the sale.

Way overpriced for the FAIR at best car I got
This is my first time ever getting a car anywhere. I usually find something old for 1k but I had no money when my car broke down for good. I feel like this place takes advantage of you. The car I chose is NOT a 16,999 dollar car... I did not include the interest just what the car costs. I didn't have time to shop around because I had to get back to work. 16,999 for a 2013 fusion that's in "fair" condition. Being that it's already at 117K miles and it's been in a pretty rough accident I feel it was really an unfair price. Honestly I don't feel the car is going to last the 5 years of payments. This one experience makes me want to never but again through a place and I was just desperate.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE
On June.21,2023 I Brought A Car From Here With Is The Car Listed In This Picture. I Was Told By Melissa The Sales Person, The Battery Needed To Be Changed Being That She Did Not Like The Way It Started. Before Signing The Paperwork I Asked If The Battery Was Changed She Stated And I Quote “Yes It Was Changed”. On June.28,2023 I Was In The Car With My 3 Children On The Highway An Electrical Bolt Comes On My Dashboard, As I Pull Over To See Where The Nearest Shop Is The Car Stopped Middle Of The Highway. I Contacted RWB To See What It Is That They Could Do For Me To Get This Car Off The Highway. They Stated I Had To Call A Tow Truck And I Had To Pay For It Out Of Pocket. All The While I Just Brought This Car 7 DAYS PRIOR. I Get The Car Towed Which Is All The Way Up In Luzerne County. The Next Day I Contact The Shop And They State To Me That The Radiator Blew As Well As Some Electrical Work. It Could Take A Week To Fix. Due To My Sons Health I Couldn’t Be Without A Car And RWB Does Not Do Loaners. I Ask If My Loan Can Be Terminated Or If I Could Be Traded Out They Told Me The Only Option Is To Be Traded Out Until The General Manager Gets There Monday Which Was My Childs Appointment. I Needed To Get Another Car Before That Monday Being That The Appointment Is In Philadelphia. The Following Monday I Called And Spoke With The General Manager Robert, I Explained To Him Everything That Went On From The Day That I Purchased The Car. I Let Him Know That I Did Not Like The Car That I Was Traded Into. I Explained To Him That The Battery Was Not Changed On My Previous Car He Stated And I Quote “It Should Have Been Sent To A Shop And Paid For By Us”. I Also Stated To Him That I Did Not Like the Current Car That I Had And Everyone That I Wanted Was Still On The Lot But Already Up For Contract. He Stated And I Quote “ That We Will See When The Car Can Get Back Here So We Can Get You Traded Out”. I Explained That I Know This Is Time Sensitive And Needs To Be Done In A Timely Manner. The Following Day Was The 4th Of July So They We’re Closed. The Following Wednesday I Gave A Call To The Service And Spoke With Tim I Stated To Him What Me And Robert Spoke About. He Stated And I Quote He Will Call The Garage And Give Me A Call Back. On Thursday July 6th Jodie From Their Service Department Called Me And Stated That The Car Is Ready For Pickup At Uncle Bobs Garage In Larksville. She Stated That The Jeep Needed To Be Picked Up In Larksville And The Kia Needed To Be Returned No Later Then That Friday. I Let Her Know That I Wouldn’t Be Able to Do It Until Tomorrow Being That I Didn’t Have A Driver For The Jeep That Friday I Called into Service To See If There Was Anyone That Can Pick Up The Jeep From Larksville And Bring It To The Ashland Store. They Informed Be That There Is No More Tow Trucks To Bring That Car Here. About 1 Hour Goes By I Have Finally Found Someone To Drive The Other Vehicle (Larksville To Shamokin) About 3 Hour Later (7 Minutes Away From The Garage To Get The Jeep). I Get A Call From Robert the GM Of RWB. He Stated To Me That I Could Not Pick Up The Car Because I Did Not Own It, I Did Not Have Insurance And Some Other Things. I Asked If I Could Put The Insurance On It And Get It Back To The Store To Do The Other Paperwork Work. I Stated I Would Not Be Able To Come All This Way Next Week Due To Appointments. He Stated No There’s Nothing That Can Be Done. I Asked How Can I Either Get Out If The Loan Or Get The Jeep Back Because I Am Not Satisfied And Do Not Want This Car. He Stated The Deal Is Off The Table It’s To Many Moving Parts. All The While His Employees Have Been Calling Me For 2 Days Before I Went And Paid Someone To Drive One Of These Cars Back Up Here. This Is Insane Now I Am Stuck With Something I Don’t Like Because People Can’t Communicate In This Company
