I purchased my last two cars from Jones Bel Air Nissan

I purchased my last two cars from Jones Bel Air Nissan and they’ve been great. Getting my car serviced is always quick and easy. The service department is knowledgeable and help me keep my car well maintained. I’m very happy with the experience I’ve had over the last 10 years. I do miss the showroom cookies! Overall, great friendly service .

Customer Driven

I brought a 2011 Nissan Versa in desperate shape to Jones Bel Air Nissan after my wife agreed to swap cars with my daughter to help her out. Dan as Service Advisor brought John the Master Technician out to the front desk to review my many concerns and to do a full diagnostic. They provided the best plan to make the car safe and secure for my wife to drive at a fair price, then surprised me by agreeing to perform all services that day. I would recommend anyone looking for honest feedback and great service to go to Bel Air Nissan.

Not a Good dealership to purchase any vehicles

This is the worst Nissan Dealership I ever did business with . I spent $53,000 on a new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder Sl , which sticker price was $46,000 they mark it up for an extra $3,000..and they tried to hide and get me for $600 for some kind of warranty which I refuse in the beginning. When I went home I reviewed the memory stick they give with all the information, there I caught them , these are very dishonest people. I will not recommend anybody going there . That’s the last time I will be doing business with that dealership

poor customer service

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the manager told me that my tags will be provided by the dealership. Also, I noticed the rude manager by the name of Doug Jones trying to rush the salesman into closing the sale. The salesman was getting nervous throughout the negotiation process and I would have walked out if I didn't drive 90 miles to get the vehicle. Also, their pricing is not up front and they quote a different price online from what you initially pay. Once the deal was officially finalized the dealership issued me temporary tags until my regular tag came in. My tags where about to expire in a week and I was calling the DMV to see when my permanent tags would arrive. However, the DMV where not taking any phone calls so I was not getting any answers. On the day my tags where about to expire I spoke with a lady standing outside the DMV who was letting people inside based on appointments. I told the lady about my situation and how my tags are going to expire today unless I do something. The lady took by license to find out and told me after checking my information my car is titled and tags have been assigned to me. I called the dealership to find out if they had my tags and after being transferred the lady said they do have my tags and they been trying to get in contact with me. I said I have not received a phone call from dealership at all. She gave me two phone numbers which where incorrect. I verified my address and phone number 7 times as I filed out the forms so I do not understand how they got my information wrong. Also, I had to drive 90 miles to pick up my tags on that day so I spent 5 hours driving back and forth. When I picked up the tags the dealership did not even offer to put them on which I consider no love for the customer. When I purchased a Toyota 3 years ago the dealership put my tags on for me and they where a lot politer. I don't think I will ever purchase a Nissan from a dealership again because they are simply rude and unprofessional.

Sold my car out from under me.

I called and expressed the intention to buy a truck from them. I had a lengthy discussion with the sales guy and he said he would talk with a team member and call me right back. He never did, but I called and left a message saying I was still interested call me back. Called me back end of the next day and said the car had just sold. Stereo typical used car salesman, unfortunately.

Great Experience at Jones Bel Air Nissan

My experience at Jones Nissan Bel Air was absolutely awesome. Staff was great, I got exactly what I wanted and it was actually quick. I test drove the car it was a wrap and I was out the door! Everything went smooth. Great Salesman, No pushing, I hate feeling pressured! There was absolutely none of that! It was a great experience.
