Stay away from this dealer. Where to start. They set up an appointment with me to see a specific car, and when I arrived, it was at Another location 1/2 hour away. The car was in rough shape and they would not negotiate at all. The manager acting like Oz from behind the glass did not even introduce himself and insulted me saying how is he an engineer and does not know how valuable a car from Virginia with no snow is. The final straw was no title on sight and at least a month to pick up the vehicle. Also $699 Doc fee are you kidding.

I was in the market for a new Mercedes. I looked around Massachusetts for a low mile vehicle with a fair market price. In my search I found a beautiful vehicle at Prestige Auto Mart 3. I made a appointment and I met with Bob the salesman who was very helpful. He made the process move smoothly and even gave me a ride home so they could prepare the vehicle for me to take delivery. I met with the finance department and the numbers came out lower than I expected, they were very fair. The blue book on the vehicle is much higher than I paid for it. I absolutely love my new Mercedes. I would recommend browsing the website, if you find something that you like make a appointment with Bob.

Chris was very friendly & professional from, "Hello!". I went in knowing what I wanted, & at the end of the day, that same vehicle was mine, Chris made it happen! Working all the numbers to where I could afford it going over everything like a fine tooth comb to where I wasn't in the dark about anything I was signing & answering every question.
