Horrible Service

Had me drive an hour out here to look at a car they both mislisted and already sold - had to ask the salesman multiple times to wear his mask properly even after telling him I was trying to social distance. Super unprofessional and very disrespectful. They let me schedule an appointment even having already sold the car I was interested in. Don't do business with these people.

In the event a vehicle sells that is not being held with a deposit - which is what happened here - we will always call any pending appointments or interested parties to let them know the vehicle has sold as soon as the deal is finalized with the buyer. Miguel was an excellent salesman! He explained all options for buying the car as it was for our 19 year old son. He explained the CarMax our concerns around the car. He took the car and made sure it was inspected. We picked it up as scheduled!

Best place in the world I've bought 2 trucks here These guys got me taken care of with Authority! I totaled my first truck and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road You would be foolish to go anywhere else to buy a vehicle I'll alway buy only from these guys

Mike was easy to work with, professional and did not...

Mike was easy to work with, professional and did not pressure us. He helped me get a good deal on the used truck I wanted and made sure we got all the paperwork set while I was on vacation so that I could pick up the truck as soon as I returned. I would recommend anybody to work with Mike!

Miguel was a great person to work with when I traded in my Honda. My situation was fairly complicated & I needed to talk out all of my options. Miguel was patient & help me through every step of the way. Very happy with my new car & the process with Prestige. I would definitely go back.

Nursing Assistant

When I got there, there wasn’t anyone around at first but eventually someone came out and asked us if we needed help with anything. We test drove a few cars but their prices that they were asking was a little high. Otherwise the service was ok and the person that we spoke to you was really nice and understood our situation. They aren’t really a bad dealership but with some of their vehicles, there is no room for negotiations.
