Excellent dealer

Great Experience

First time buying a vehicle and I can say it was a very laid back experience. Kevin Pimental was very helpful with any and all of my questions and made buying a vehicle much easier for me than expected. I would recommend coming to Prestige for an easy laid back experience!

Fantastic

I bought a 2014 Ford F150 Ecoboost from this dealership. Mike was excellent, he let me take the vehicle for a solo test drive and also offered to have me take it home to show my wife 40 miles away. They were willing to work within my budget and did not haggle me to stretch my dollars. Kevin was also excellent, willing to work with me to be able to get the truck. He returned every call and Mike even drove down to meet me for the VIN check. I went to several well known dealerships and wasn't interested in working with me at all, even when I had excellent credit and was already approved for the loan. This team at Prestige is awesome and the cars/trucks are MINT!!!! Do not buy anywhere else, you will be wasting a lot of weekends trying to find a better deal. I will be back for my next vehicle for sure. A1 service and attitudes......Thank you again Mike and Kevin.

Dont go here

I went to buy a truck i was looking at and test drove. I called and talked to someone on two times in three days. I even called the day i went up to buy it. When i got there the owner said he sold it. I drove from harwich. Then he tried to sell me a $27,000 truck. The one i went to buy was $14,000 sticker was $19,000. Also it was a 2011 f150 with a 5.0 that was ticking pretty bad.

Dear Not happy, Thank you for taking the time to leave a few words about your experience with us. Whether good or bad, we appreciate our customers feedback to help us better serve you guys in the future. Regarding your specific experience, we apologize if you felt unhappy with your visits. We always want people to leave, no matter if they buy or not, satisfied with the service they have received. Some things to takeaway: The truck in question was never originally priced to you at $14,000. but rather it was the price you informed the sales rep that you were willing to pay for a truck that was already priced at $19,000 online. Secondly, you left the original visit without leaving a deposit to hold the vehicle you were interested in, and the unfortunate thing with used sales is vehicles can be sold quickly, especially an F150. With no deposit left, we are not obliged to hold it from being sold, which seems to have happened in your case. Our suggestion in the future would be to do the deal at time of visit or leave a deposit to give you a day or two to make your decision. Lastly, if the truck had an engine that was ticking pretty bad, why would you try to buy the vehicle not once, but twice? Trying to defame the reputation of our quality vehicles as a result of your own actions is in poor taste. Either way, we wish you the best of luck on your vehicle search and hope you find what you are looking for!

Do Not Go Here!!!

They kept making promises and saying they were there to help but did nothing to help! Bad service!!! Took too long to call back! Big waste of time!! Sneaky people!! Do not settle on them!! There are other good places out there with better workers and bigger hearts!

He provided detailed descriptions of car features, set up my blue tooth connection for phone, and ensured that I received a missing element, at no additional charge.
