It would have been a better experience if the manager had explained the added fees before proceeding with purchase. In conclusion, I would not purchase a car again from Prestige Auto for those two reasons. However, the people were wonderful to work with., 1) I have never been charged a fee of $699 by any used car dealer for the privilege of simply buying a car! 2) I was prepared to pay the entire purchase with cash but was not permitted to do so.

I can’t say it enough. Both Chris and Miguel were more than amazing and very patient . Miguel is an amazing human and I will be buying all my future cars here ! I was put in a tough spot and needed a car immediately. Miquel made sure he did everything he could to ensure I was in a safe working car. I went to so many places and none of them made me feel like a customer or even listened too when I walked into prestige I felt like they heard me and they cared and wanted to help !
