This was easily the smoothest buying process I’ve ever had. At no time did I get the typical “ask my manager” game. What takes hours or days at other dealerships was done in a friendly way in about an hour. Will be back.

The sales representative, Armen, and the sales manager, Justin were patient with all of my questions about the vehicle and finances. It was a pleasant process, no pressure, just kindness and patience. The Finance rep and the genius who showed me features in the vehicle were also knowledgeable . Overall - awesome experience.

Ali and Zack were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. Not once did my husband or I feel pressured or stressed during the process. In addition, they answered and explained every detail regarding the car. Steven was a pleasure to work with, when I recently bought two new BMWs! His communication skills are excellent, and he was there to answer every question I had. He made the process very easy, including delivering two cars to my home. More importantly, after the sale, Steven was always there for me, and always got back to me very quickly to answer my questions. Certainly, not the typical car salesman.
