I showed up thirty minutes early to my test drive appointment. Cooper stepped up and helped me out. They didn’t stop until they found me a lender that would work with me having almost no credit history.

Salesman was great. Friendly, not pushy, which I am thankful for. The buying process took a bit longer than I had hoped but overall a great process.

This was maybe the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Maverick and the team clearly listened to what we were asking for and we were in and out in maybe 1.5 hours. That’s got to be a record! They were able to beat the Tulsa Hyundai pricing and have an additional year of free oil changes! It paid to shop local!

Prior to leaving from Texas, Rodney put the truck in the rear, ensuring it wasn’t sold during our 5 hour drive. Upon our arrival, we were happy to see the truck waiting for us in the front of the store. Rodney helped my wife with the new technology prior to the test drive, answering all of her questions. Rodney and Tristen were both very personable. Once we decided to make the purchase, the process went pretty quickly. I was quite surprised that such an expensive vehicle and it didn’t come with any floor mats. Rodney said that it would probably only cost $150 if I bought them from WeatherTech myself. Although I was disappointed, $150 didn’t seem horrible. However, I later learned that the package actually cost more than $350. I pinged Rodney with several questions post sale. He was very responsive and provided direct answers. Besides the floor mat issue, I thought that the Patriot team did a great job. In short, I would buy from them again.
