Fraudulent pricing online vs in person. Add $10K
Like all other reviews state... The e-price of $25,000 over the phone will be confirmed as final/out the door price. You will drive down for 3 hours, they will NOT let you test drive until you agree with the final cost. The final cost? $10,000 of "Dealer inspection/delivery FEE" and then you add on Tax etc. Good luck everyone!

CHEATERS AND THE WORST PEOPLE TO TRUST
The most xxxx company i have ever seen . Don’t ever go there. I went for buying a used car they have no manegement they just fool theirr customers. They are very nice to you on your face when you go to them!!! But they are just cheaters nothing else. They’ll please you with their cars that are broken have a lot of xxxx parts and then tell you they are gonna get it changed but no they won’t. DON’t SIGN THE DOCUMENTS UNTILL YOU SEE PARTS ARE BEING CHANGED IN FRONT OF YOU!. Then they are gonna avoid your class and block you as if you don’t know them. And say you signed your papers without checking your parts it’s not our fault. Then they are gonna hang up your call on your face if they get to know that who is this calling.

Avoid this dealership at all costs
Drove 2.5 hours to look at a car. I was told our trade-in was worth $21,000. I have a chain of text messages from Lucas confirming this valuation based on the VIN. When we got there, we were told we were not going to be working with Lucas. We were offered only $16,500 for our car. They would not honor their own valuation of our car. Obviously, we did not buy the car. On the way home, I went on the axis website and put the VIN number in and a valuation of $21,000 came up. Total scam and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Awful Experience and Terrible Service
The company is awful and I do not recommend buying any cars from them. To be specific, on the 6th of January 2023, I found a Volkswagen Passat 2018 on Edmunds.com. The price for the car was very low which is why I was interested and sent a message to the seller (Axis Motorcars). They answered me and scheduled an appointment for which I had to drive about 80 miles back and forth for. I liked the car and when I asked the seller to let me take it for a test drive; they tried to force me to sign the documents that will them share my personal information to third parties. When I decided to not to sign the documents, not only did they not let me take a picture of the document/keep a copy, the Russian speaking representative, in a very rude form, told me to get out and find another dealership. Overall, nasty service, shady company, awful experience, and wasted time.

Run far from this dealership!
If I could give zero stars I would! Stay very far away from this dealership! On our "We Owe, You Owe" sheet they owe me a new headlight, it's been almost a month now and still no headlight. They required me to pay for half the cost of the headlight! They originally told me 4-5 days to get the light in. They are impossible to get a hold of and when I do they just tell my one lie after another. They also MAKE you buy a "guaranteed to pass inspection" package that is $3,000 on top of the price of the vehicle. My vehicle needs new brake pads in order for me to pass inspection and they will not honor this as well! Not to mention the fact that my exhaust FELL OFF while driving on the New Jersey Turnpike just a couple days after purchase. When I made them aware of this, they did not care at all. I hope this review can help others from getting ripped off! Stay far far away from this scam of a dealership!

terrible eperience
You really need to be prepared to be ripped off- It was one of the worst experiences when buying a car. Arrogance and lack of trust as well as a team who is wiling to lie without any remorse what so ever. They were supposed to fix my car, clean it and have ready for me but they did not. I have to do this myself including gas and other fixes. They aske me to come back multiple times, knowing that I live over 65 miles away. Right when i was going to leave with the car, after signing all papers, I saw an antifreeze leak , not from the radiator, but from somewhere under the engine. Quick suggestion Ask them ahead of time the following: Are you selling the car As IS? Does the car have any accidents? Is the car in working condition? How much is the car? They provide a number on the website and another when you show up. Was an oil change perfomed? Would I get a full tank of gas Would I get a clean car inside and out? What is the warranty of this car? Do I have to buy Warranty? Before siging papers, make sure you read them, even if it bothers them. They love when you just sign the papers with very little or no explanation. Ask them to leave the paper to review it for 30 mins before signing.

Mienten en los precios que ponen en el carro
Fui por un carro el precio estaba en 10450 iva a pagar en efectivo y sale diciendo que ese carro tenía que pagar 18500 total algo incoherente en otras palabras los precios de esos carros le ponen es como para que tú vayas al doler y veas sus carros y pierdes el tiempo así les comento esa fue mi experiencia muy mala

Car does not exist.
The 2007 S550 does not exist. Called 4 times as the advertised price came down. Each time they say it is sold and it then appears the following week.

Bait & switch $4995 hidden fee
Bait and switch, $4995 fee added on at the end, as others have said. Wasted my time coming here. Call before you go and ask about all the fees, see for yourself.
