A great experience. Worked on my car quickly, efficiently, and got it back to me sooner than I had expected. All at a surprisingly reasonable cost.

I paid for diagnostic testing a couple of months ago.
I paid for diagnostic testing a couple of months ago. My total bill was almost $10,000 thankfully I had insurance that covered a good portion of the bill. I paid roughly $3000. When I got the car back they ask you how was the service how’s everything going. I expressed to them that my car didn’t drive well. They said they would contact the dealer and someone would give me a call. Fast forward about 2 months still no call (holidays) I get it. I call back make an appointment and get another laundry list of things that need to be fixed and I have to pay for another diagnostic test. So I’m not satisfied there’s no way all of these issues occurred in a couple of months. Mind you I work from home so the car isn’t driven on a daily basis. Also I fixed everything that was recommended on the first diagnosis except for buying a tire. The worst ever!!

Was given a 3+ hour wait time. I agreed and was disappointed to see after my vehicle's service was completed it was just sitting and i wasn’t notified.
