PROFESSIONAL SALES PEOPLE

The Honda house did an amazing job of getting myself and my wife a new vehicle. the people that we dealt with were very professional and answered every question we had. a very satisfying vehicle buying experience. Rachad took the necessary time to explain the operation of every switch and menu in the vehicle.

Best experience yet!

On arrival my husband and I received service immediately. Very friendly; no pushy service from John January. We were seeking a used car $10,000 or under, we didn't think any dealership would have a good quality vehicle for that price but we had too try. At first he showed us very nice cars that were surprising in our price range, we didn't exactly like the space that was allowed in the vehicles. Then he took us to the other Honda store, right next door. We then found a mini van that was under $10,000 so we test drove it and we loved it but still in doubt we decided to keep looking. As we were looking around we couldn't take our minds off of the mini van so we got in it again and we decided that this was the one. The paperwork was easy and understandable, I did have questions but he answered them in a way I could understand him. Very friendly. We are so happy with our mini van and very happy with the service we received we will recommend him to anybody and everybody. It was as if they were our best friends.

Wonderful experience

This is our second time to buy a vehicle through Patterson Auto, and each time was an amazing experience. We received assistance from Alina Gheaur this time, and, I would have to say, this was an even better experience than the first, which was quite a feat. She was knowledgable about every vehicle she showed us and had no problem working within the perameters we gave her. Her and Joey Lara are, by far, the best car salespeople we've dealt with to date. I would have no problem coming back to do business with them in the future.
