Had the best experience buying a car from Dale!

Had the best experience buying a car from Dale! I never, EVER write reviews but the positive experience I had with Dale warrants one. He was so helpful and made the whole (usually dreaded) car buying process feel easy and stress free. Super welcoming and honest from start to finish. It was also a plus to deal with Kenny in finance who was transparent and makes you feel at ease, which is rare. If you’re thinking about buying a car you MUST see Dale!!!

I cannot recommend Tasca Buick GMC in Woonsocket

I cannot recommend Tasca Buick GMC in Woonsocket enough—especially Dale in Sales and Kenny in Finance! From the moment I walked in, their professionalism, warmth, and genuine commitment to making me an incredible deal stood out. Their transparent and honest approach made this hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. As a first-time customer, I felt truly heard and valued. They listened, understood exactly what I was looking for, and delivered a superior SUV with exceptional service every step of the way. Because of how I was treated, I didn’t just buy a vehicle—I became a loyal, long-term customer. Outstanding experience all around! I highly recommend visiting them before you make a purchase elsewhere. I’ve shopped Cadillac, Lexus, Volvo, Nissan and Dodge dealers and their integrity and no drama approach stood out from the crowd and this is coming from an H.R. Manager who is acutely aware of the value of the customer and the performance of the employee. They get my stamp of approval. Thank you Dale and Kenny! Updated Review — From Frustrating Start to Excellent Experience! After a rocky start, this dealership completely turned things around and delivered an exceptional experience. I originally came in to purchase a 2025 Hummer in September. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the salesperson and finance manager was disappointing — communication broke down, and the process felt misleading & dishonest. However, after raising my concerns, the General Manager, Miles, personally reached out to me. Miles was upfront and truthful about what went wrong, which I truly appreciated. Rather than making excuses, he took full ownership and focused on finding a fair, professional resolution. He not only made things right but went above and beyond to ensure the rest of the process was smooth and enjoyable. The transaction became completely seamless — he even arranged to have the vehicle delivered directly to my home. It’s rare in sales to see someone take accountability and rebuild trust after a bad experience, but Miles did exactly that. Thanks to his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction, I’m very pleased with my purchase and look forward to buying more vehicles from them in the future.

My experience was great ,Jesse and associates were very

My experience was great ,Jesse and associates were very professional. Had a contaminated gas situation which ruined the engine. They worked with the insurance company and located another engine and in reasonable time were able to complete the work. They took care of all paperwork with ins. Company without a hitch leaving claim open to any additional work if needed. Very great full, highly recommend Tasca GMC. Roy P

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. Went in looking for a truck. I was set on buying a Canyon I just drove. Sat down and asked for numbers. And an older couple walked in and he goes I’m just finishing up and completely disregarded me because I just sat down to look at numbers. So right away I wasn’t buying a truck with a salesman like that. He pushed me right aside for a better offer. David Stravato was the salesman, and the reason why I didn’t take the offer.
